I have been doing decent on a split shot rig fluke,on outside of hay grass.Also when sunny,fish were in hay grass on a frog.

Fished this past Thursday and Saturday evenings.Caught fish on split shot rig fluke.Outside of hay grass.Been kinda slow for me.

Enjoy reading these reports.Hope to make it to the Bend soon.Been fishing Rayburn and the Angelina river.

Last time i put in at Jacks,it was fine.Hoping to hit the Bend or Rayburn this week after work and the weekend.Nice thing about living in Jasper,best of both worlds.

Anyone heard if the bream are doing anything yet.

Rayburn has been good to me. Caught one between 8 and 99lbs on a trap Saturday.Went back and fished Sunday evening.Saw fish making commotion in the bushes. Ended up catching 20 or 30 on a wekweightless senko. Hitting it again tomorrow evening after work.

Caught 3 bass this evening. All on a carolina rig green pumpkin dyed lizard. Water temperature 52. Depth 10ft to 13ft.

Fished this evening. 5 bass to 3lbs. All on carolina rig brush hog green pumpkin dyed tail. Depth 10ft to 13ft. Watet temperature 51.
