So Yall Want To Learn Toledo Bend?
I'll be visiting New Orleans in late June and really wanted to fish Toledo Bend. I'm seriously thinking about driving 5 hours and going on guided trip. Any recommendations on good guide service, preferably on the Louisiana side. Also, if it doesn't pan out, any recommendations on good lakes near or not too far from New Orleans, private or public that has awesome guides. I just want to catch some big bass. TIA

Buying A Boat Out Of State
Hello, I'm looking to buy a boat out of state, Iowa to MN. The boat is on cosignment at a Marina and the owner has a lien on the boat. The question is, could I use the boat in MN without the title until the title gets sent to me (while carrying around the bill of sale)? Or would I have to wait for the title to register it and use the boat? TIA

Stratos 176Xt
Thanks, retiredbosn. I have a question about buying a boat out of state. If I happen to buy a boat from a marina/boat dealer would I have to pay taxes there and in my home state?

Stratos 176Xt
Hi, Anyone have any experience or reviews on the Stratos 176xt? Specifically a 2007 Stratos 176xt? I've been reading up on them and it looks like they are made of all fiberglass with no wood. I like the idea of no wood in the transom. Thanks.

Buying A Bass Boat
So I'm looking for a bass boat and my budget is 8k tops. I've noticed that my choices are limited at that price point. I found a 1999 Skeeter sx186 with a Yamaha motor. I think it looks great. Other than getting it checked out by a reputable mechanic, should I be worried about the age of the boat? I would like to keep it for awhile. Thanks, M
