I have no idia when I fell in love with fishing. As long as i can remember it's just what we did. We would go camping and fish for trout. for a day trip we would go to the Ca Delta and fish for catfish strippers blue gills crappy or bass or one of the mother lode lake fish for all of the abuve..... I for the life of me can not fathum not fishing. Its just what I do its who I am.

I've only Bass fished in Northern Ca but i can't imagin bass fishing getting any better. We have lakes rivers and ponds. The delta offers some thing like 3 million miles if fishing oppertunitys. i live withing 30 min of 5 lakes tha are known for exsepitinle bass fishing and 2 hours from clear lake. and 10 min from some ponds that i fish all the time With all this going on it's realy hard to not call in sick to work twice a week Tha only down side is the cost of living here. Gas $3.60 ga fishing lic $62.00 after all the bells and whisles and next to no game wordens > but that a whole nother rant

I find it weird that some of you don't eat or drink when fishing. I HAVE to have water even when its in the mid 60s and up. Even when its cold out I always keep drinking water in my truck. If its hot out and I don't drink water I loose focus get tired and weak. Not what you need on tournament day.....

I have this dream where I'm fishing at work. The floor is the water and my fork lift is my boat and I through senko's around the corners of the pallets. I'm all happy and content then I hear my boss over the intercom then the alarm clock go's off :'(

The smell of spring. Warm weathere blooming flowers and big fish. the smell of the bait shop that I never go to now that i fish lures. (i go now and agene with the kids the need memorys to) and all the smells of camping in the woods. 8-)

So I'm looking at $57.00 to fish in a state that has next to no game wardens and poching runs wild. O and did i mention that there shutting down the banks to fishing faster that you can shake a stick at them.. but just like death and taxses you gotta do it >

The oil has noting to do with the idle. 10-30 is fine for most cars and trucks. You can also use 20-50 in most. If its not over heating its not the cooling system. Fords have always had a problem with the throdle body gumming up check it out
