feel lucky. I have a Bronco that gets 14 mpg going down a steep hill with a 50mph tail wind ;D No it gets 14mpg going up hill down hill in the city or free way. Iv tried every thing still 14mpg and gas here is $3.45 a gallon and climing.. So I wont be going on meny trips this summer.

Lake Amador Calif. I have fish that lake so many times and only managed one big trout and a 2lb bass In the last 5 years. Going back Saturday to KICK BUTT. Just me no one else and i'm renting one of there over priced boats for the first time and fishing till my frigen arm falls off.! Then I will fish with the other arm for 2 more hours. The lake has some huge Bass in it. I have seen bass in the 10-15 lb range all the time but it seems that they have lock jaw.

Had a close call last night. My work tried to make this weekend manitort ot both days . I was all bummed out :'(But one of the supervisers cut me some slack ;D I put in foe a vac day next week for my sons b day He love Spider Man he has all kinds of spidy stuff and just as luck would have it the move comes out on his birthday just cant miss that....

Good news Took my battrey to auto zone and had it tested. It tested good but low on charge I'm charging it for 24 on a 2amp charger. Saved me $75.00. Just to let every one know auto zone has a speciale tester for deep cycle batterys. The guy using it was a little confused but the old timer knew just what to do.. Going fishin Saturday

Any one know how to tell if a deep cell battery is bad. I have one for my troling moter but it's from 03 i'm not using it to start any thing just to run my troling moter this weekend. i was going to have it load tested tomarow i just don't want to get out and have poop on me after a half hour

Fish Is right. there are more people fishing for trout than bass alot more. All the lake are planted with trout some weekly. Until the water is to warm and the trout all die off. Then the lakes are about void of fishermen. The Delta is known here for Stripers and sturgun not so much for bass. When I first started fishing for Bass I'd think about going where the (real) bass fishing was Texas or Florida. It wasent until the first B.A.S.S. turniment that I know it was such good place and even now I'll be talking with people and the'll ask me what I fish for and when I say Bass the think I'm talking about striped bass. The closest I'v come to DD is about 8lb but I don't fish for size but # of decent fish in the 2and up range i just don't have the pasonts to fish for the big ones like Fish dose. Only one or two fish a day AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Id be fishing for blue gills in two hours just to feel something on my line.

The weather channle said its going to be in the 80's all week and 91' Saturday with wind at 9mph the moon is going to be almost full an the bromiter it going to be stable (i think) plus its a 3 day weekend for me so i can spend time with the family the other 2 days OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH Now I just gatta cross my fingers and hope nothing changes before then and its all good I'm about coming out of my skin with antisapasion and keep the tips coming JACK

I finaly decided that I am going fishing on my b day. I want to go to Lake Amador the bass are in full spawn with some in both pre and post spawn. Its going to be in the mid 80's I'm hopping for next to no wind. I'm renting one of there boats ($80.00 for 12 hours) and hooking my troling motor to it (I hope) my problem is this will be my first time fishing from a boat : I have always fished from shore and have no clue what to do or what to use any advice would be appresaited. i do know how to drive a boat just not how to fish from one I thout long and hard about bringing some one that knows what to do. But decided to go it on my own. I picked lake amador for its graet bass fishing and the lake is just so pertty no jet/ water skiers and its a smaller lake (400 acers) with lots of coves and cover I just cant wait. the bait monky has a firm grip on my wallet every time i leve the house i come back with more lures or gear

I second that.... If your not happy man up and talk to them. If your ready to move on then move on. Cheating is hurtfull decetfull and shows the wourld how much of a child he relly is.

Trout = power bait or a worm :-/ Catfish= chickin liver or clams gils = small little hooks and a bober :'( Bass= big fast boat a 4X4 rod reels tons of baits ever changing but staying the same pece and quiet or a big grup you decide. I can walk up to a black bass fisherperson and bull s@#t for 20 minets without getting a name tri that with a trout fisherman in a stream most likely you will get a glare ask a bass fishemn what there hitting on or some advice and he/she will bend your ear off. Most other types of fisheman will look at you like your crazy. give you some half hearted advise and talk crap abiout the noob messing up there pool ot spot. Plus just look at a big bass all green and black. Truly a all Amarican fish just my.02

Look at wal mart I picked up a abu garcia 7' mediam heavy bait caster for $27.00 I'm so happy with it I bought one more.. also they have some good deals on abu garcia reels. I beleve its all in the reel cheap no name reels will leave you flustrated. Get a good name brand bait caster and have fun..

I'v seen that bill bord and one calling for a boycot on kfc. They also sued the got milk people for miss repersenting a cows life. They make comice books portraying hunters and fishemen as evil people. there in our schools, parks and where ever kids gather they spred there lies and half truths like the pleg. They are a fouce not to be ignored. they have closed down trout streams and many rivers in europe... Take a kid fishing exsplan to them that fishing is good and thay there are confused people out there that will try and tell them diffrent and not to beleve them....
