  1. So my grandpa got me some gulp shrimp and saltwater jigs for christmas, so what kind of retrieve/presentation works best for redfish?
  2. So where is the best place to position yourself on high tides and low tides? I understand the bass go in with the tide and out into the mouths of feeder creeks when it goes out, but what specific areas should you target?

  4. What are your Top 3 Crappie Catchers?
  5. I live near Sabine Lake and the Orange, TX area, and I would like to know more about how to catch redfish. Any tips or somewhere I can go to gain some basic knowledge?
  6. Catt, so I know that there are lots of marshes and vegetation where I am, and I can look at tidal charts, but where can I find out what to do in correlation with the tides?
  7. Besides the craws what are yall's best producing lures in brackish waters?
  8. So I'm getting a good feeling that the craws are pretty good around here and blue and black seems to work well. Also, Catt, I live in the Orange/Bridge City area so I would be fishing bayous and other waterways close to that area.
  9. I've read a lot of things that say the jerk bait is a go-to for spring fishing, however I am unfamiliar with it. Any suggestions on how to work it or size/color selections?
  10. How can you tell whether your specific pond/lake is in the pre spawn, spawn, or post spawn. I've heard things about the pollen collecting indicates that spawn has arrived, but is there other signs?
  11. Anyone know baits besides soft plastics that would work decently?
  12. I've seen some things online about how the tides drastically affect the fishing, is that anything I should pay attention to?
  13. I live in Southeast TX near Sabine Lake and along some of the same waters the Bassmasters fished in their opening Elite event this year. I want to begin to bass fish our bayous but I don't really know any kind of place to start or what to look for. If anyone has any tips I would greatly appreciate it!
