Need help with outdoor rod storage.
I currently live in a RV and don't have a place to store my rods. I thought about buying a deck box or outdoor verticle storage but nothing is 8ft or 7ft. My biggest rod in 7'3'' but I plan on picking up a 7'11''. Any help will be appreciated. Maybe I can build a box and store it underneath the bus. It's a class A 40ft. I use to store it in the basement compartment but they get tangled and there is not enough room. Any help will be appreciated. I consider myself handy and can build something. Thanks, Tight lines.

How do I tell if it is a airboat trail?
I will follow all the rules and I have a extendible 10ft pole which i will have up when running and when stop and fishing I will put it up to 20ft so they see me from far. Thanks for your concern.

How do I tell if it is a airboat trail?
I got the flag down. I should be able to go in the trail right? As long as I have the flag. Thanks but I will do what ever it takes to catch some fish.

How do I tell if it is a airboat trail?
I was fishing Everglades holiday park and saw a canal to the side. It was smaller than normal and had a SLOW & STOP signs but it. It was 3 ft deep but the water was high. Also I'm allowed to be in airboat trails right? Also I know you need a orange flag but how high? I heard 4 ft higher than the highest point in your boat and I heard 14 ft high. Thanks.

What to throw during cold front in Florida
I use this all the time. I have a chart plotter but saving my pennies to buy the chip so I will use the app in the meantime. Yeah! But I want to follow someone familiar so I can track it then I'm set. I don't like breaking anything on the boat and I bet you can understand. Also not in the middle of the glades. But definitely would like going out. PM me with you info and I will contact you next time I'm heading out. With thick vegetation I ONLY use the trolling motor. It is really nice to have at least 80pounds. It will fill up with weeds but just pick it up and pull them off. If you want to cover water use the motor just get on plane and go fast. The weeds won't get caught up in the motor. I recommend trimming the motor up all the way when using the trolling motor but you said you can't do that. I saw a vid when Ike uses a collapsible broom to clean the motor of when going through grass. I would recommend that. You will get a hang of it. Good luck

I did not make it to the flats. I would like to follow someone out. I caught my fish at the entrance of a airboat trail.

South Florida Jon boat?
Should be fine. When driving bass a jon boat I always slow down, it's ok when they go fast, they don't make big of wake. It's the worst when they fast idle when the bow is facing the sky. I agree with frogogger to take an extra battery. Also down the road you might want to add a gas motor to increase range. Good luck Should be fine. What to throw during cold front in Florida
Went out and was a sucky day. Rained most of the day. Caught 3 fish. 2 three pound and 1 one pound. I'm happy with the turnout, I thought I was going to catch one fish today. Also I knew it was going to rain and luckily it's didn't pour until I got home. Did you go out? Any luck?

Where to fish in Everglades Holiday Park
Hello guy, I've used to bass fish in holiday park years ago. Stopped going there for no reason. I will start going back but don't know where to start. Especially it's been rough this couple years. I'm not asking for spots but for good starting points. I was told if you run the middle of nowhere canal it is the flats. I got a decent boat with 50gal fuel tank and doesn't eat too much gas. I'm will to make long runs. I like to stay on 2ft of water when running but will go 10in when trolling around. Thanks for any help.
