Maker's Mark Is Increasing Production!
Probably so. Supply and demand theory dictate they should raise price. Obviously they drunk too much of their product to understand this.

Lol, love the hypothetical about the shirt being $95.

Brain Teaser
My cousin sent me a text with this brain teaser and asked me to solve it: You saw a shirt for $97. You didn't have the cash, so you borrowed $50 each from your mom and dad. $50+$50=$100 You bought the shirt, and had $3 change. You gave your mom and your dad $1 back each. You kept the other $1 for yourself. You now owe your parents $49 each. $49+$49=98+your $1=99 What happen to the other $1? That was the question. I explained it in accounting terms that since there is only $98 left on the liability side, you can never arrive back to the original $100 since you paid $2, and the math formula above is just a wrong way to go about it. If you write out the entire thing in accounting language, it balances, but you think about it as explained above, nope. Anyone else got a better explanation?

Looking For A Little Advice On Not Getting Payed By My Employer.
If he qualified as an independent contractor he just have to file self-employment tax form. (I forgot what number) then attach it to 1040. Oh, yeah, forgot about making estimated payments. Oops. Oh, you mean small businesses still uses 1099 forms for contractors?!?!? Sorcher, I'm sure a nice phone call to the IRS hotline would give your former employer a headache. Given the information you gave us, he deserve it.

Well, theoretically, these networks cannot be traced or found. I have no idea how to go about making untraceable networks but I'm sure it's possible.

Looking For A Little Advice On Not Getting Payed By My Employer.
If all the income were earned in 2012, he can still pay them without getting in trouble.. If his employer argues he a "contractor" then the original poster will not get in trouble for anything...well, neither one of them would tax wise..(People defer tax payments all the time.) Which is why I was asking if a condition of employment were signed stating wages, etc. My bestfriend works as a contractor and he has a stated contract for payments, so if his clients fail to pay him then he got the contract to use against them. I've always had to sign something when getting paid by business. I presumed Lunk has covered it with good professional judgement in the PM.

Financial Question
I never said it was easy. I spent hours reading and researching before buying stocks, then hope it paid off. I put a lot of hours and sleepless nights reading through pages and pages of information that companies I invested in released. I figured out ways to manage risks, I taught myself a lot. I taught myself so much that when I finally had to take a finance class, I was bored as crap. I made a 96 overall in that class. I spent 90% of my time in that class staring at beautiful sorority chicks. The only subject that kept my interest and were difficult were accounting classes. I was bored in finance, management, economic, and marketing classes. I'm 23 years old with 4 years of real time investing and financial analysis. There is not many kids my age that can lay claim to this. I like to think people with experience has learn from their own mistakes while the wise learn from others' mistakes. I cannot remember where I heard this quote and it's not the exact word-for-word, it's real close though. I learn from others. And I guess I learned from my own mistakes as well.

Financial Question
There is some truth in the fundamental flaw. I've lost nearly 60% in fundamental. It got offsetted by 109% in gain by oil.

Financial Question
Flyfisher, I don't think you meant technical data, so I'm just going point out something interesting about data. I believe nothing beats a good ol' fashion financial statements and its explanation. I scoff at the idea of technical traders using fancy math formulas to predict the price of the stock. As long as the company is operating in green and its services/products are looking good in the future, and you have patience everything will work out. The market is flooded with irrational investors. Apple has no long-term debt, pays dividend and yet its stock has been in steady decline in recent weeks. It could be there simply not enough investors to buy the sales order and Apple is too hubris to do a stock split. Or maybe they believe the competition is getting better and the cheaper alternative is starting to beat Apple. My point is, data isn't everything. Basic investing just teaches you the terms, but it takes some experience and some in-depth knowledge to develop a criteria (to picking investment) and understanding of information. So many people out there have no clue what they're doing and that draining a lot of prices, and there a lot of day traders who just wants to make daily profits by buying and selling in the same day. It's just stupid. No one cares about fundamental anymore, well, they do but the irrational investors are the majority and rational investors are the minority, in my opinion. I call the technical traders irrational.. Using math formulas to predict where stock will be rather than using fundamental is irrational. Because fundamental data will come out of nowhere and make your math formula useless, math doesn't account for that.

Financial Question
You're just paying someone else. How much? I don't know. You will have to look up their fees. I bypass a middle man as well. I pay my brokerage account whenever I make a trade. Otherwise I pay nothing. I have been trading stocks, options, and some bonds on my own since the age of 19. Of course my accounting education made it useless to hire someone to handle my money since I can interpret the same stuff as them. They definitely have more time to research, but I do fine without. It not for everyone. Sometimes it just worth the fees of an advisor. I just don't feel the need to have one. It's one of the benefits of having friends in the industry who passes information regularly. Lol

Lsu Or Ole Miss
Actually, Alabama doesn't count all of them. The 1966 season Alabama finished undefeated and was robbed of N.C. because of politic. Before NCAA and AP they had other ways to crowned titles, and Alabama count the ones that counted during those times in addition to AP and NCAA...

Windows 8
As I mentioned in my previous post, if you are just using Apple products for internet only, it's overpriced. If you use it for much more than that, it blows PC out of the water. I was just like you in regard to Apple's powerful ego when it came to their pricing model, but when I tried it, good lord it blows PC out of the water. Like the iPhone for instance, Android has an open source where any nitwit can create an app for it. Apple doesn't allow this, it all has to be approved or whatever by Apple's developers. If you go to the app store on an Android phone and look at the reviews of app, you will noticed it gets great and bad reviews and it will vary by phones. My Incredible was glitchy as crap. iPhone is so much more technical sound and no glitch. The laptops are same way, that why there certain software for Mac and PC. Anyone can create PC stuff, but Mac keeps their craps through them. That why it so technical sound. I'm still using my Dell laptop I got for $1,400 5 years ago but since I have installed Window 7. My bestfriend and two other accounting classmates I went to school with uses Macbook, it's incredibly amazing. Since I deal with a lot of Office files, Mac has now allowed Office to be installed on the Mac, so now it's leading candidate for my next laptop. Apple isn't for everyone and I understand this, and not everybody can afford or justify spending money on Apple compare to cheaper laptops; I think it worth buying Apple for me giving the use I should get out of it. Edit: One example of what I love about Macbook, it's so fast comapred to PC. When you start up Window, it goes through that loading process, right? On Mac, you turn off laptop, you turn it on you are back to the desktop... It's ready to operate in literally 5 seconds...

Windows 8
Microsoft Office now works on Apple. That the only software I need from MSFT to work on Apple to make it my next purchase. I'm definitely buying a Macbook Pro as my next laptop, whenever I can get around to it. I just love how the laptop works. I cannot explain it, just watch some tech guy uses the laptop. My bestfriend use it for work and I've seen him use that laptop in ways I cannot use my dell. Some people don't need an Apple to just browse the web, that would be a waste of money. If you have to use it for technical stuff, it's an amazing laptop. In my opinion.
