I know in PA, before the middle of June, this would be considered a "no-no" as you are required to immediately release a fish (photos are ok, but you can't put the fish in any type of container).

I have always kind of agreed and still do. Like I've said all along I was never sure that my rating was right. That is not the issue nor the reason for the orig post. Perhaps the wording of my questions leaves something to be desired. I highlited my questions in the original post to help clarify. The problem is.. you've already left the negative feedback. It's out there. For all to see. It gives the impression that you had a bad experience with this seller which in fact, you didn't. But now he has to live with this negative despite the fact he fulfilled his end of the transaction. That's the reason why leaving a negative is such a big deal and why he was so worked up over your response. It's why Ebay specifically loads a second page up asking you if you had attempted to reach the seller and come to an understanding before you leave the negative. Remember, had the old system been in place he could've just as easily left a negative on you for being difficult. Ebay used to have an option to remove a negative feedback rating after the fact. I don't know if that's possible anymore. You might want to check that out. I agree that the initial negative was harsh, maybe uncalled for and out-of-line. However, now, why on earth would you even want to remove the negative feedback? Like has been stated before, the guy did nothing to improve his standing with HIS CUSTOMER, only make hard feelings that much harder. Livelihood or not, the seller chose his line of work. Customer service should be the same whether face to face or through a computer.

Agreed. We have a Nikon D40 w/ 6mp and we have crystal clear prints as big as 11 X 14. It's all in the quality of the camera, not the MP rating. Think of it as the Modulus rating on graphite. Higher quality materials (not the inflated numbers of manufacturers) are what you are looking for.

This is my first year doing a fantasy league and I believe it is also our commish's first year. The scoring is set-up to favor QB's, unlike most others that favor runners and receivers. Completions are a point and touchdown passes are 6. A guy in the league had Brees on one of his big days early in the season and all his other players seemed to hit the same day. He had over 200 points. Just ridiculous. My best is only somewhere around 120.

I am using the swivel to aid in the amount of time it takes me to tie on a different lure. I will try a leader and see if that helps any. Should I stick to the old adage of 18-24" of leader? That length should be just fine. Tie a couple leaders/hooks before you go out so you dont have to do it lakeside. Basically, you just want to get the swivel away from the bait. Obviously, fish will still eat it with the hook on a swivel Using a leader will help, though.

I just picked one up from someone on another fishing forum. Havent had a chance to use it yet but looks like it should be good.

Hey Larry, just a suggestion... Try tying directly to the hook and eliminating the swivel. Your catch rate may improve. If you are set on using the swivel to prevent line twist or aid with the ease of bait changing, you may want to tie a leader on to your hook. Nice fish.
