Did you have your PFD on??? Glad you are OK and it was just a bad day, it could have been MUCH worse! Suppose you broke an arm or hit your head when you fell in (not once but twice) and could not get back in the boat or it drifted away from you? Please rethink what happened to you and take measures for the next time an emergency happens.

In the beginning Farm 13 was separated from Stick Marsh by a levy. A bass boat could not get into Farm 13. Many local anglers put PVC pipe along the levy and rolled their smaller aluminum and fiberglass boats over the levy and into Farm 13. Not until 92 I believe was the levy opened because of Hurricane Gordon

Every year I go to PuntaGorda pass(although not fresh water) on the new moon in June to catch the flush of small blue crap and the Tarpon fishing is off the chain and world class.
