Soft plastics and a slow moving jointed shap rap are the only thing that have gotten a bite over the past couple of weeks here in southern NH.

The bait monkey has been whispering in my ear lately, I think he has stock in Rapala and GYCB. One of his other cousins, the chrome monkey, likes to help me decorate my bike and he also gets antsy during the winter months. They would both be much more welcome in my house if they had jobs but until they do I'll continue to quietly feed them and hope that they don't make too much of a racket.

I have the same problem with a local reservoir that holds some respectable fish. You can work your way through the brush around 90% of it but you've got to keep moving and it drastically cuts into your fishing time. I'm looking at getting a kayak next spring.
