I tried to get my wife (at the time girlfriend) to fish with me... She would read a book or sleep while I fished. That was fine with me (and I had someone to take my pic when I nailed a decent fish)... I realized that she really enjoyed shopping more than fishing... 12 years later, I fish mostly by myself but my 4 year old daughter loves to fish (mostly play with the nightcrawlers we use for bait)... I guess it is better to introduce the little ladies to the sport early on! My son is 2 now and I figure my daughter will soon want to shop with my wife on the weekends and my little guy will want to fish (crosses fingers)... Anyway, if your wife or girlfriend doesn't like to fish, make sure they have something that they enjoy doing while you are fishing!!!

I live in Seffner (Just north of Brandon, 30 minutes east of Tampa). I knew the mosquitoes would be out but I needed to get my fishing fix for the night! Thanks for the saltwater advice... My buddy at work is a big snook fisherman and he gave me the Storm to try for bass. Needless to say, I will be using it again!!!!

Went to a small pond in my development tonight with a 5" Storm Wildeye Shad tied on... fished for 45 minutes before dinner and nailed a 3lb 10oz LMB. The fish inhaled it!!! And then the mosquitoes nailed me!!! ;D

No.... Just cause you make the boat look small doesn't mean a d**n thing!!! I am a big guy also and fish out of a 10' Bass Hunter... I am on the lake to do one thing and that is catch fish!!! Have fun and don't worry about how you look in the boat!!!
