Too funny. I found a Crystal Minnow on the bank of Lake of the Ozarks this past weekend. I changed out the hooks and it looks as good as new. I've never tried Yo-Zuri hardbaits, but now I will.

For muddy water like in the picture, I stick to two baits. Either a big bladed spinnerbait (black & blue) or a Brush Hog type bait (black with red flake). Almost all of my fish with the Brush Hog are caught just swimming it back. Hope this helps!

Their is another way to do it too. Tie a stringer on your line and open all of the clips and then drag it. I've got a couple of my buddy's rods by doing this. GOOD LUCk

I'm sorry to hear about your loss, but glad to hear everyone is ok. Have you thought about getting some goggles and diving for them, or is the water too deep?

Put your line through the little loop. At the same time, pull the peg up the loop and pull the black ring in the oppisite direction. Once you have the peg on, slide it up and out of the way, put your weight on, tie your hook on, then slide it back down. Hope this helps.
