It's a great summertime lure. I cast them between docks and crash them into the brush piles by the docks, usually in about 10 foot of water.

Trailer hooks will help big time. Also, when fishing a buzzbait, I set the hook as soon as its pulled underwater.

Truman is VERY good fishing right now. I caught a lot of fish this weekend, and all of them were shallow. I hate to do this, but I'm going to leave it at that. If you want more information, PM me.

I went to Truman Lake (biggest lake in Missouri) this weekend for a tournament that was to be held today. My dad and I went pre-fishing Saturday and caught fish like crazy. Most fish were coming on jerkbaits and frogs, so we were getting some vicious strikes. In total, my best five would have been about 15 or 16 pounds. I hear that another club won it with a 7-pound bag, so I figured I had this thing in the bag.... WRONG!!! With hurricane Ike coming through, we got hammered with rain and wind all night. We get to the boat ramp this morning and the rain is still going hard. We get the word from the tournament director that the tournament has been canceled. We had nowhere to go, so we parked the boat and truck in the parking lot and napped for about 30 minutes. When I woke up, it's partly cloudy (some sun) and no rain. We decided to go out, and we crushed 'em again. Darn, I probably would have done good in this one. State championship is next month, so hopefully I get on a strong pattern there too.

I get all of my cd's from a store. If I still had an ipod, I would probably get most of my music from iTunes, but I use my phone as my music player.

That's right. I started fishing DD22's this year and I really like them. About 90% of the fish I catch hit it right under the boat right as it is started to go up.

Wow. I don't know if anyone could have said it better. Mine was a tad over 24 pounds.

Mine has a bass on the side too. It turned out great, but I never where it. Class rings were 'cool' for about a week, then everyone stopped wearing them (myself included). I only see a few girls wearing theirs.
