getting ready for the season to kick off. the fox river is clear. looking to try out a some different techniques. Flipping and pitching.

I fish on the fox in the northwest subs and use the kvd 1.5 I usually cast them out 20-30 feet with great results.

been fishing the fox river with a squarebill crankbait, got a few largemouth. planning on hitting up the hollows with a frog soon

do you guys ever down size your lures just to catch something from the bank?

all I do is bank fishing. something pure and bout it. nothing like a few cast before work. something pure and bout it.

I use them both. I think is comes down to comfort and having confidence in your equipment. I set up a bc with a chatter bait and a spinning rod with a grub. if I had to choose one set up I would go with then spinning set up

tried out a few new ponds today, never fished them before, bunch of fish grabbing at my grub I had on. think it was to big for them. at least I got out

I have been taking a bc with a chatterbait and a spinning rod with a grub, then my tackle box. looking in the future to do one setup with a hip pack though. keep it light and mobile

took my 4 year daughter fishing for the first time. she absolutely love it, she caught a bunch of panfish.

nw subs here. Hampshire area, then work out in fox river grove. hit jaycee park on my lunch break real quick and got a small bass.
