When you go from braid to fluro how do you know how long you want your leader for like jigs or are all roughly the same length?

What does gp stand for?

They say the 150hp tracker v-18 tournament boat is supposed to handle big water better than most Aluminum apparently. Are these guys usually at a huge disadvantage or not much at all?

No I’m not good enough but that would be the dream is to move up and fish flw etc and was wondering when I would need to buy a new boat. So what I’ve gather is as soon as I want to move up to flw is when anything below I’ll be fine?

I have a 2005 tournament track v-18 so it’s not quite like theirs but should be just fine... I was thinking of getting a jack plate how important is it?

In Costa/BFL does anyone ever run 150? Where can you find info/tournament results showing what they ran/used for these events? I think I’ve found that info besides boat info... Entry fees have increased slightly from $220 to $230 per qualifier for boaters and from $110 to $115 per qualifier for co-anglers. Super Tournament entry fees increased from $330 to $345 for boaters and from $165 to $175 for co-anglers. is that per a tournament or season per right? Also how many are there

I’m getting two solix 15. I have a 2005 tracker v-18 tournament boat. When I went to my marina they recommended I get the helix’s mega because there is something the solix doesn’t have when it comes to cords? ( I can’t remember what it was but he goes it’s probably going to be discontinued faster just like the onix. And it doesn’t have all the cords need for hook up..does any one have any info on this?thank you so much for the help!

I know no one can give a for sure answer but in general how long does a mercury motor usually last I see a whole bunch being sold with 500 hours is this very common for them to last past 1500 hours or does it start usually causing trouble

I’m looking at buying two GEN three lowrance 12 inch units but did not want to get them now and see the bass pro has a better deal during the bass master classic event in the past what are usually the promotions bass pro shops has ran for the classic

Thinking of getting lowrance Gen3 12 si I had a couple questions one what is a fair price for a barely used unit? When will they be replaced? Isn’t the helix (humminbird) going to stay in longer? (Does that make it a better deal?) what would I need to buy to hook up one of these on a Minn Kota that’s roughly around 2009 and has a sonar built in (sorry don’t know what this is called and it’s on a humminbird right now does that matter? How much would the wires be to connect the units from console to bow?

How do you control being push left and right? Do you keep it on automatic or where you have to keep pushing the trolling motor?

How do you fish windy days from an aluminumin boat? I have. 2005 bass tracker v-18 tournament and just could not fish deep properly am I doing something wrong? (I am a new boater maybe I’m not fighting the wind or something correctly) do I need the spot lock trolling motor?
