Boat trailer bearing
So one of my tires on my trailer has some grease that came out of the grease hub. On the outside of the tire, is this normal to happen here and there or is this something to worry about? A couple days before I did push multiple times on the smaller rubber circle in the very middle of the tire. I sorry but I'm new to boating and trailer and pretty much anything maintenance related to boats.

Flipping a jig
Sorry I commonly say flip when I mean pitch. Flipping I think is rarely used anymore compared to pitching

Flipping a jig
This makes sense but I thought you always wanted to stay as far as possible away from the object. I will try it but it does make perfect sense ig I’m just trying to understand if the people I’m watching flip and pick up no grass are just doing it in a lake without much moss or am I just doing something wrong. (I don’t mind picking off moss but every cast gets old)

Flipping a jig
So I was out yesterday flipping a jig along some wood and there was clumps of grass on my jig after every flip. It picked up the grass at the head of the jig so I doubt a Texas rig would have been better. Should I have not been flipping a jig in this case?

Merc 150 4 stroke
I have the motor listed above and it’s stored outside I have a cover for the top half of the motor but nothing for the lower half. Will the motor fade? Not the cover Ik that will but the lower half of the motor?

Flipping grass
Randall says in the video that he targets edges what does that exactly mean he’s in the middle of the slop. I know this is hard to explain online but just don’t get what he exactly means by that

Flipping grass
Iowa is where the hogs are! I thought the hook above was good but I’ll def try out the reccomend ones. As far as flipping grass is there a better time to choose to flip grass over wood. I’m just looking for any tips about this since I’m new to it.

Flipping grass
I have 25lb mono is that thick enough? The mono will hold it and not bend in the rest of the space of the eye?

Flipping grass
River2Sea "Ish Monroe" New Jack Flippin Hooks has a good keeper but maybe I’m threading it wrong do I go past the eye of the hook where the sinker hits the plastic? The thing about grass is how do you know if it’s productive. I went down a very popular bank it was 100 out and didn’t have one bite throwing to the edge of the grass

Flipping grass
How exactly do you do this. I know the baits/techs but do you just randomly cast along the banks grass line? How do you prevent your bait sliding down/off your hook even if your hook has a bait keeper?

Cold front summer
Thanks for all the suggestions. One final question and I’m sure it’s a thing you get with experience but how long does it take for a fish to go back to normal after a cold front and it’s back to stable conditions. Is it quick? Or?
-
Cold front summer
Figured that’s what it might have been. Or I didn’t give it enough time I only fished it for 40 mins It was in about 13 feet no visual fence post. Waters deepest area is like 22
-
Cold front summer
I was in water depths of 8foot and not near the road bed, had some luck just not tons of buyers i would say mixed there’s a lot farm land near by a quite a few stumps in the water.
-
Cold front summer
There is maybe two other areas but I don’t think they produce even half as much as the road bed. But should’ve tried them I’ve just never had any luck off the spots Just dragged/ hopped the Texas rig curly worm. Or slowly cranked a swing head on bottom There is some brush piles/ maybe a fence from what I can see
-
Cold front summer
See I tried that on the road bed. And caught one small one dragging a worm and slow rollin a swing head didn’t have much luck

Cold front summer
I went out a week ago and the water was high 90s, then it stormed for 3 days straight dropping it down to 76. There is tons of stumps, some sort of grass, moss few trees and an old road bed also a place completely moss over that’s very shallow. So where would you hit first (gerenal starting areas after similar conditions? What style baits? also weather was around 98 or so for 2 weeks straight
