Tamiami trail
Hey guys so I have a question, im taking someone fishing this weekend into the everglades off of Tamiami trail. Ive gone twice this past month and caught a couple off of live bait. I tried this spot and the saw 2 huge bass and pitched shiners and they wouldnt hit. i then threw a zoom trick worm in black and also in junebug i also threw a berkley craw fatty in watermelon and nothing. Any ideas what these bass will bite this time of year? Any advice will be really helpful guys, Thanks and tight lines.

How often do you target another species?
I love targeting largemouth year round. But living in Miami when ever i feel like going for a quick aggressive bite and some fun or bring someone into the sport of fishing ill go peacock fishing. Once in a blue moon me and my friend will go saltwater fishing targeting snook. The beauty of living in south Florida is i have access to all kinds of fishing and down to fish with chill people.

Most consecutive days?
I try to make out at least 1-2 times a week. I used to average 4-7 times a week with my previous job schedule and be out there for 3-4 hours bank fishing several canals. The most consecutive amount that i went out was 14 days straight and catching a few dinks at least every day. Wish i was able to fish like i used too.

South Florida Canal Fishing
Here in South Miami / Kendall area my best success have been with worms, super flukes or crank baits. For peacocks i recommend fast moving baits like jerk baits and crank baits, definitely try top water. Nothing like watching a peacock destroy your lure on top water. If all else fails live bait will catch em for you.

Any one fished the cutler drain canals
So me and my friend fished different spots of the canal after dropping his gheenoe and the water and after a slow morning i managed to snag 7 peacocks ranging from *** lbs on shiners. My friend ended up catching about 9 peacocks and a largemouth. The peacocks and largemouth werent biting on anything but shiners. Even though the day was slow it was still a good day of fishing..

Any one fished the cutler drain canals
Hey guys going this weekend to fish the Cutler drain canal system this Saturday, and me and my friend are launching off the boat ramp behind the falls mall. The water is super clear till about 10 feet, which will push me to sight fish. The only advice i have found is on the FWC sight which says for bass throw worms or sight fish and for peacocks fish with live bait. I've thrown square bill crank baits, rattle traps, and spinner baits and it looks like it scares them away. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?? Thanks in advance thight lines everyone.
