Anyone use live shad?
Just getting into live shad fishing and I'd like to know who makes a quality cast net? Looking at a Bett's Hi-Tider 7'. Also, who makes a good shad tank? Thanks guys.

Live shad question
It failed. They still died about the same time as the bucket with holes around the sides. I gave up on the buckets and put them in my Phoenix livewell. Same results in about the same time frame. Red nosed, bruising on their bodies and dying in 30 min or so. What's the BEST tank to buy?

Live shad question
Trying to keep shad alive without getting into a major tank with pumps, etc. I have a 5 gallon bucket that I put hundreds of holes in and it floats next to my boat. My question is.... A shad "roots" his nose back and forth nonstop and I believe they scrape their nose on the holes in the bucket and die quickly. Do you think they'll live longer if I only place the holes in the very bottom of the bucket? Here's my current bucket: Thanks.

Anyone use the Jackall TN lipless baits?
Does the Jackall TN lipless produce good results? Which one is better? The original or the Disk Knocker? Which size is more popular? 60 or 70? Best way to fish this bait? Thanks.

Best walking bait? Rover vs. Vixen?
Fishing lake Guntersville - Jamie Hartman (Bassmaster pro) recently slayed em on a bone Vixen. Just wondering how the Rover or other walking baits compare to the Vixen. Which would you all choose for G'ville? Thanks.

Accurate scale under $100?
Do you think the 55# model would be a little more dependable than the cheaper 22? I've just always been leery about buying the "cheapest model". Do you have one? If so, which one?

Accurate scale under $100?
Will the lip clip throw off the accuracy of this scale or will it auto-tare the weight of the clip?

DT6 replacement hooks - KVD triple grips don't come in that size
I just looked again and yes, i do see the Owner ST36 comes in a 5. Sorry, oversight on my part. Do they match the stock dt6 hook? Or are they longer?

DT6 replacement hooks - KVD triple grips don't come in that size
Planning to order all sizes of replacement hooks for spoons, squarebills, dt6, 6xd, etc. All sizes are available in KVD triple grips except for the DT6 (size 5). Should I just look for a different brand that carries a size 5? I checked Owner St35/36 and they don't do size 5 either. Thanks.

Huk Neck Gaiter
I've tried several (high dollar) brands of gaiters. No matter what - it's NOT comfortable wearing something that tight around your face. So, I gave this a try. Now, before you guys flip out - you simply remove the "face" piece - and just use the hat + rear neck cover and it works great. It's got an extra wide brim and I never get direct sunlight on my face/neck. FIVE BUCKS - TRY IT! https://www.ebay.com/itm/Hiking-Fishing-Hat-Outdoor-Sports-Sun-Protection-Neck-Face-Flap-Cap-Wide-Brim-A/392058496881?_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIM.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D44039%26meid%3D4e1eb4ea7c5749bda4c9d45d141486b2%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D5%26rkt%3D12%26sd%3D302060711076%26itm%3D392058496881&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851

Anyone use SPRO DD cranks? I need replacement hooks.
Should I stay with long shank or change to short?

Anyone use SPRO DD cranks? I need replacement hooks.
Spro DD 70 comes with Gammy #2 long shanks. I want to replace them (they bent on several fish). Should I stay with long shank or go short? Should I stay with #2 size or go bigger? If bigger, does it affect the action? Thanks!

Who makes a good (flutter) spoon?
The classic Lake Fork Flutter spoon has been sold out on their website for over a year. Who else makes a good one? This is for ledges on Guntersville. I want to stay in the 4 to 5" range. Thanks.

O rings on Senko's
I use a stick worm that's slightly fatter than a senko.... so maybe I need a 1/2" tube? Once you slide it on... do you use a heat gun to shrink it? That's a lot of work on 100 worms LOL
-
O rings on Senko's
What exact kind of tubing? Where do I get it? How do I apply it? Thanks for this info.

Cheap Tungsten?
The one we all keep seeing on our FB feeds.... direct from China.... is legit. I paid $2.43 for 3/4 oz worm weights. Free shipping at $40 order. I ordered $40 worth and I'm good for years now on my C-rig.

Fishing through wrist pain
If it's constant pain, on and off the lake, apply heat. If it's pain only when you move your wrist a certain way, apply a cold pack. Apply the aforementioned for 20 minutes ON - 20 minutes OFF - repeat several times daily. It has taken me up to 1 month to get rid of some wrist pain. Age is awesome huh?
