Nick I live in NC too, man I went yesterday killin them with the fluke and the quad shad try spinner bait the males are biting at least haven't caught many female yet....also fish the brush.

Well if its at a pond I tend to fish the pond really good with the bait i am confident in then if I don't get a bite after working the whole pond i'll switch to another type.....lake is kinda different cause you can catch fish in some spots other you can't.

yeah i would leave them alone til after they've spawned those are some nice mamas and you can catch them after they spawn.

Stright up tubes and jigs right by the dam, since the dam is so shallow the current has pretty much slowed down and there is alot of brush found near the dam.....thats how I do in my local reservoir and with that I caught 3 five pounders in three hours and many othe nice ones...good luck

Topwater most deff during the summer and night spinner baits with black blades you want to go dark at night so I would say fish with dark colors....I love it in the summer during a full moon they bite all nite...Jitterbug is a killer on the ponds I fish in the summer months.

it is nonsense...now that I think about it why not just spray a scent on...im sure if you were eatin some Salt and Vinigar chips that it would ruin my day...but now eatin some italian food might do the trick lol

Dicks, have two of them near me....one about 15 min other about 35min away.....sometimes they have the stuff I need then sometimes they are slack, if I want what im lookin for I just get it off the internet.

After about a day in a half of rain and its been pretty warm about upper 60's some low 70's where would you fish in a lake, on a mid 70 degree sunny day...??

I mean if its in the spring most deff find another spot....but when summer warms up it might be ok as long as there is some rip-rap near by.

I disagree....use as many colors as possible fish that have never seen those crazy colors will be interested in trying sumthin new...but i know where you guys are comming from.

Jerkbaits,finese,topwater,spinnerbait,texas-rig,jiging...thats how I do.
