She also went out and bought me a butterfinger, king size Hershey's bar, HoHo's and two kinds of gatorade. And guess where I was at the whole time she was doing all of this? I'm very involved in my kids education and activities. And I agree with Preach4bass to some extent. I'm not looking for the teacher to take over my responsibilities or to be a role model. I just want my son to get a good, fair education. Someone was telling me that public schools are geared more towards studying for the FCAT because FCAT scores is what gives the school a good name/grade and therefore, don't focus much on other subjects/topics. Is there any truth to that?

My wife and I are considering sending our son to a private school for pre-school next year when he'll be 3 1/2 years old. One of the schools (which I went to over 35 yrs ago for 1 and 2 grade) will cost about $9100 for the year. Although I have my beliefs, neither the wife or I study religion on a regular basis. In fact, I haven't been to church services in at least 10 years. Some private schools require you to be a member of the church to attend and I REFUSE to be forced into ANY religion for ANY reason. Just because a schools is classified as "private" doesn't make it a top notch school or any better than some public schools. How do you know if a private school is a good school? Is it beneficial to the child by sending him/her to a private school instead of a public school at such an early age, especially when it's going to cost $$$$$?

I've caught 1000's of fish both salt and fresh on Loomis and NEVER had one break on hook set. In fact, NEVER had one break on a fish.

I have to wear Rx glasses all the time. I bought magnetic polarized lenses that fit over the Rx glass, just like clip ons but magnetic. They worked very well but the magnet fell out and now I have to tape them on.

The lake I fish holds at least 3 tournaments a month. The weigh-ins are at the same spot and I would estimate 50-125 bass are released each tourny after weigh in and I have yet to see ANY bass floating belly up as a result of holding them vertical. To me, it looks like holding them by their jaw horizontally without supporting the belly would cause more harm.

Insurance is not immediate available funds. In my marriage it isn't my money but our money. Once I'm gone she can use it as she wishes and I hope she has a happy life. What if I died or was incapacitated using my new Loomis, would I want it to be difficult for my wife to access funds that may be needed? The wife will get a lot more money from insurance when I die than out of my bank account. And when it's your time to go, do you want your widow using your money to buy her new squeeze a pair of silk undies to wear while he sits on your couch, scratching his acorns, watching your t.v?

I'm so *#*#*# right now. My new Loomis GLX Senko rod will arrive tomorrow and I forgot the wife took the next 4 days off of work. That means she'll be home while I'm at work so I won't be able to intercept it.
