I'm engineering illiterate. . By the way, you didn't answer my previous question about your idea.

Who were you?
So far I'm still using Frogtog on the boards I post on. I'm sure if giving enough time I will screw it up. ;D

Oil Spill
I'm at home still trying to fix the leak. If someone doesn't come up with something soon we won't have to worry about stock prices.

Oil Spill
A 21" makes it that much better to work with. If I knew how to draw I would but on paper and send it to who ever is in charge. What I have on my mind is some serious hydraulic pressure and bingo no more oil leak. This stays on my mind heavy and I believe it will work, if not then we can say we tried.

Oil Spill
That's more than I thought it would be. What do we have that can go that deep and work on the well? I'm assuming from the looks that it's and 8 to 10" pipe that I'm looking at. I also see a flange with about 10 bolts in it. And that flange is the answer, I do believe.

Oil Spill
After watching this leak for the last 6 weeks and being the dummy that I am if some of the oil guru's would call me I can show them how to stop the leak. I know it's a mile deep and hard to work with, but it can be done. I would really love to know how much head pressure that well has on it. I will leave it at that for now, but if you know someone have them to get in touch with me. I know, I know I'm asking for it. :

Today's Thoughts
* Nothing ticks you off more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong. * I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger. * There is a great need for a sarcasm font. * I would rather try to carry 10 plastic grocery bags in each hand than take 2 trips to bring my groceries in. * I think part of a best friend's job should be to immediately clear your computer history if you die. * I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger. * How many times is it appropriate to say "What?" before you just nod and smile because you still didn't hear what they said? * I love the sense of camaraderie when an entire line of cars teams up to prevent a jerk from cutting in at the front. Stay strong, brothers! * Map Quest really needs to start their directions on #5. Pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood. * Obituaries would be a lot more interesting if they told you how the person died. * I can't remember the last time I wasn't at least kind of tired. * Bad decisions make good stories * You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you've made up your mind that you just aren't doing anything productive for the rest of the day. * Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after DVDs? I don't want to have to restart my collection. * There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far. * I'm always slightly terrified when I exit out of Word and it asks me if I want to save any changes to my thirty page insurance policy that I swear I did not make any changes to. * While watching the Olympics, I find myself cheering equally for China and USA . No, I am not of Chinese descent, but I am fairly certain that when Chinese athletes don't win, they are executed. * I hate when I just miss a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello? Darn it!), but when I immediately call back, it rings nine times and goes to voicemail. What'd you do after I didn't answer? Drop the phone and run away? * I hate leaving my house confident and looking good and then not seeing anyone of importance the entire day. What a waste. * Why is a school zone 20 mph? That seems like the optimal cruising speed for pedophiles... * Sometimes I'll look down at my watch 3 consecutive times and still not know what time it is. * I keep some people's phone numbers in my phone just so I know not to answer when they call. * Even if I knew your social security number, I wouldn't know what to do with it. * I wonder if cops ever get ticked off at the fact that everyone they drive behind obeys the speed limit. * I think the freezer deserves a light as well. * I disagree with Kay Jewelers. I would bet on any given Friday or Saturday night more kisses begin with liquor than with "Kay

chance of t storms 4 days in a row, impact on fishing?
Hit the water, it doesn't get any better than fishing in the rain. Of course if it's lightning then stay inside.

Pranks
#1 My partner and myself were in the motel room and he was calling the hogs. I couldn't sleep so I took his line on all his rods and looped it around each eye on the rods. Man you ought to have heard him the next morning trying to cast. ;D #2 The same scenario a few weeks later. I knew he would be on to me this time, so when he started calling I pulled off about 30 foot of line an cut it. I then held it with my thumb and reeled it back on. Next morning he checked his reels and we went fishing. At our first stop he picked up a buzz bait and let it rip ;D I have never seen a buzz bait go that far It must have went a 100 yards in the woods ;D

Bp Oil Spill Comment
I think this is the beginning of the end for BP. It's true they are worth a lot of money, but no where what this is going to cost them.

I Love This Doctor!
Q: Doctor, I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true? A: Your heart only good for so many beats, and that it.....don't waste on exercise. Everything wear out eventually. Speeding up heart not make you live longer; it like saying you extend life of car by driving faster. Want to live longer? Take nap. Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables? A: You must grasp logistical efficiency. What does cow eat? Hay and corn. And what are these? Vegetables. So steak is nothing more than efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken. Beef also good source of field grass (green leafy vegetable). And pork chop can give you 100% of recommended daily allowance of vegetable product. Q: Should I reduce my alcohol intake? A: No, not at all. Wine made from fruit. Brandy is distilled wine, that mean they take water out of fruity bit so you get even more of goodness that way. Beer also made of grain. Bottom up! Q: How can I calculate my body/fat ratio? A: Well, if you have body and you have fat, your ratio one to one. If you have two bodies, your ratio two to one, etc. Q: What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular exercise program? A: Can't think of single one, sorry. My philosophy is: No pain...good! Q: Aren't fried foods bad for you? A: YOU NOT LISTENING! Food are fried these day in vegetable oil. In fact, they permeated by it. How could getting more vegetable be bad for you?!? Q: Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around the middle? A: Definitely not! When you exercise muscle, it get bigger. You should only be doing sit-up if you want bigger stomach. Q: Is chocolate bad for me? A: Are you crazy?!? HEL-LO-O!! Cocoa bean! Another vegetable! It best feel-good food around! Q: Is swimming good for your figure? A: If swimming good for figure, explain whale to me.. Q: Is getting in shape important for my lifestyle? A: Hey! 'Round' a shape! Well, I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about food and diets. And remember: Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - wine in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!" AND..... For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting nutritional studies 1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than us. 2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than us. 3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than us. 4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than us. 5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than us. CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like.. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

Looking for advice
At the Nationals you do. At the local tournaments most of the time we might have 3 or 4 no boaters. They put everyones number in a hat and the non boaters draws a number. If your number gets drawn then you have a partner for the day. If your number is not drawn then you fish by yourself. Some people think if they draw a partner that they are at a disadvantage and maybe they are but it has never bothered me. I have meet some good friends like this. At the Nationals you are guaranteed boat use for one day and the next day you might have to go as a non boater and believe me after the fourth day I don't mind at all. ABA as well as many other tournaments trials have their faults but it is a smoothed run trail. I have never seen anyone have any harsh words or animosity while fishing an ABA.
