  1. USA trip Texas, also managed some beautiful smaller gar species in Texas sight casting small baits and rope lures, mostly spotted gar and Amy scored a beautiful Longnose on a rope lure
  2. Some of the Alligator gar we caught on the Trinity river in Texas on our US trip, absolutely love these fish
  3. Started in East Tennessee flew into Knoxville, stayed at air bnb outside Newport Then moved to air bnb near Dickson

  7. about 35 inches maybe a bit more, only hot a very rough measure
  8. Caught loads of fish on my 3 week USA trip but this pike (my first ) is my favourite watched it eat my soft plastic and by some miracle not cut 10lb leader, even better got it all on film

  13. Day 1 of a 3 week trip to the US, staying just out of Newport Tennessee, Got a few nice smallies in the river behind the air bnb Hopefully it's a sign of things to come, beautiful area too

  15. That's awesome We love non touristy areas, our Ohio friends joining us in Tennessee came to Australia last year and I took them to places where their accent got a I don't understand reaction guess they're returning the favour 🤣
