For some reason I could not catch fish on the X-Rap so I sold them all (about 6 or 7). For me the Megabass Vision 110, LC Pointer and Slender Pointer do the trick. I also did well on the Evergreen Sledge-7SP.

How can you compare a bait with a single hook with one that has 3 trebles? Now that doesn't make sense!

If there are bass in the same general area there is possibility. It would help alot if you mentioned where this stream is. Looks like there could be smallies in it? The only way to find out is FISHING the place!

I think people that use trailer hooks have lost too many bass. 90% of my bass are caught on the trailer hook. The bass around here are very spooky.
