  1. Why not!? Goby's are a major source of food for great lakes smallies. The Goby was introduced to the Great Lakes by ships from overseas dumping balast water. If your lake dose not have a Goby population they might not work as well. That being said I catch many bass on baits that don't look like any bait fish. (i.e. creature baits) Why not give them a try, show the Bass something they have not seen before. Good Luck. Any bait can work anywhere! It all depends if the fish are feeding!
  2. WELCOME to the forums! I allways love reading about different countries! Those are some fat fish! Are they pre-spawn fish?
  3. I wanna catch one of those!!!
  4. The Megabass Live-X Leviathan is a very similar bait and casts like bullet. Off course it also has it's price! You pay for what you get.

  10. Whoever is willing to pay that amount of money for a few fluke type baits should be thrown in jail! ;D I would just get some a of these for a couple of bucks. For a $70 price difference I'm willing to loose the paddle and 1" !!! ;D ;D ;D

    WELCOME to the forums!
  12. Great fish Dan! It's always great to catch fish on a new lure and gain confidence in that particular bait. Daiwa makes a lure very similar to the Jackall TN-70. The Daiwa T.D. Pro's Vibration 107 which also comes in a silent version. Great lure!
  13. Save up some money a make a larger order. It's not worth it ordering just one lure.

  17. The Megabass Type-X Frog definately will catch fish. I have a few myself. The other's I have seen before but are to "strange" even for me! I'm sure under the right conditions they will catch fish but they are more of collectors items. Here a few "strange" lures that will catch fish: Megabass Gatta-X
  18. I fish just about anything from shore except cranks. I actually find that you have advantages fishing from the bank in places where you know the fish are. Cast your wacky rig under overhanging trees, docks etc. it works.

  21. They are not a swimmbaits nor are they a subsurface lure. There are deep runners ( 8') and shallow runners (4'). This lure is in fact a suspending jerkbait. They come in 3 sizes: 75, 95 and 110. (in Europe) The Jackall Mickey Jr. is a wake bait and can not be compared with the River2Sea V-Joint. There is a shallow, subsurface version called River2Sea V-Joint Wake Minnow.
  22. How can you have used the Rapala Minnow Rap for years if it only came out about a year ago?
