  1. Ah that was on the simpsons a long time ago. Its cuticle or something wierd like that.
  2. Since both ends arent the same the midpoint for equal distance vs equal weight on both sides are different. I just put it what appears to be off center in favor of the thick end.
  3. The most common parasite I know of looks like a thumb clamped on the bottom jaw of a variety of fish, but it is found more often in the bass family.
  4. Ive got one of those. I would start with a heavier lure/practice plug and work your way down to light weight stuff. And your right it takes a lot of practice.
  5. My guide in GA had us using junebug with muddy water and switching to watermelon seed when it got more clear in places. We got more fish than anyone else the whole time we were out there.
  6. Ive been telling him that lol. Its an alluminum tracker from a local place.
  7. That looks great. Right now my grandpas hesitant to do anything to much because it will violate the one year warranty. Decking is probably all we'll be able to do.
  8. My grandpa got a 14 footer and I was wondering if you all could post some pics so we can get some ideas on pimping it out. Thanks.
  9. I was fooling with a KingKong on shore and this couple was saying," Is he really fishing with that?" and stuff like that. It was funny.
  10. You have to tell us how this turns out
  11. Pfluger Echolon and Daiwa Viento. Noone says much about the viento but I love mine and for the price the Pfluger is pretty good.
  12. I can assure you they arent weak lol.
  13. You can jig it, swim it, rip it, whatever. Let the fish tell you how they like it.
  14. I use regular offset for everything but the bulky worms and the swimbaits that you rig yourself. For sizes I go with 2 or 3 /0 for 6in and under and 4 or 5 for evrything else, depending on what part of the bait the most action comes from.
  15. I have a targus thing from wallmart. I like it well enough but its stupid looking.
  16. I wonder how Rick Clunn does it 8-)
  17. Oops. I thought I read that in a message.
  18. I got a Fuego/Carrot stick 6'9" combo the other day with 30# power pro on it. I was planning on using it for about everything but trebled lures (maybe topwaters). Specifically jigs, spinners, and smaller swimbaits. Burley says his works well for spinners but if anyone has any suggestions or reccomendations then Id be glad to hear them. Thanks
  19. Moderate is definitely prefered by most. You can get either M or MH power depending on what size baits you want to throw. I like a 6'6" rod but that can be a personal preference thing, too.
  20. Thanks dude. Im trying to get in on this swimbaiting whatever that is
  21. Sounds pretty good. Ive never heard of that daiwa though but it sounds cool, too.
  22. I think that you can use them for whatever but Ive heard people say the switch can be annoying if your not using it. Unless your using a rod for flipping only I wouldnt get one.
