I just got back from a trip to Drummond Island and had a lure I did very well on for walleye and smallmouth and of course lost it. It was a suspending jerkbait that had 2 hooks and printed on the belly was 3-5'. It had kind of a flatter back and was minnow shaped. I usually buy multiples of lures but did not this one. I know the description is pretty poor but thought I would throw it out there...Thanks, Scott...These pictures are of a larger lure I have that is the same make/model if anyone can id for me...

Piscifun Carbon X reels are good and light weight..Been using them the last 3-5 years for smallies and walleyes. Had good luck with Daiwa Revros also.

Not so much a review but I did finally get to use my Cobb series Ark rod. Very light in the hand and handled a few decent smallies as well as a couple walleyes on our Drummond Island trip. I would recommend this rod all day long.

Just got a Mojo rod to try out. Have a couple Premier rods for trout and a heavier one, plus a casting rod. Guessing it will be a great rod too

Used to be die hard Cabelas fan. Have over $1000 in points I cant even find anything to burn it on. Been using Scheels, Fishusa, TW, even Walmart with no issues. Academy is awesome most of the time too. I did just buy a 1 piece st croix rod from Sportsmans Guide but unfortunately it arrived as a 3 piece. Poorly packaged Ugghh.

I got a couple Lancelot spinning reels that have done good for walleye / smallmouth..Looking to try the megajaws in a week on a trip..

I have a couple spinning reels that have done well for the pricing. I have a couple different baitcasters that seem ok. I did just get 2 new Mega Jaws but have not been able to try them out yet. I have 2 rods that I have yet to try.

Wondering myself because that is some strong scent thru the bags. I have one of their dry bag kits and have been storing all of them in there until I can figure something else out....

Love fly fishing for many species. Bass are a hoot especially smallies in the rivers...
