Last summer I was walking the banks with a rod in each hand and I tripped in this concrete water runoff thing; A second later my arms and face were really scraped/bleeding from the concrete but I somehow kept both of the rods from even touching the ground. ?

I would just take one rod and practice with that one all day. You can never be too good at flipping, cranking, etc.

I would go with the Medium. I just got my first medium rod and I actually don't notice much of a difference from my Medium Heavy in the same rod line.

The highs have been mostly in the 40's and 50's recently, but today we're getting 71 degrees for the high. Should the fishing (medium sized pond) be good today because of that big weather change?
