  1. As a co angler/non boat owner I use a Plano 2.0 backpack, with a handheld bag for clamshell plastics. The backpack, one hand with the clamshell bag, other with all my rod and reels, makes me very mobile,
  2. I fish every winter on a power plant lake. It gets to single digits typically, layers are a main focus for main body warmth. My main issue is my hands, I use latex gloves under maxiflex gloves, or just the gloves on not as bad days, gives you full range of motion and a surprising amount of "feel".
  3. I don't believe this will hurt the bite. You could use a marker or even dip the band all together to change the color, wouldn't think dipping that band in JJ's would hurt.
  4. I think you've answered the question
  5. Here in Northwest Arkansas our lakes have minimal vegetation, decent amount of standing timber, rock/dirt bottoms. Its definitely possible, though i would never try it, most of my success is on more finesse techniques.
  6. I use a plano a series 2.0 backpack. It comes with/holds 5 plano 3650s ,which I believe are the same dimensions as the 3600s, plus room for more. I fish from a friends ranger, canoe, and bank/wade and love it
  7. Ive been lightly searching around for a new casting rod and came across the duckett silverado locally. I cant seem to find any info on them minus a few short icast videos, has anyone used them and/or could give me some more info?
