Tracker 2018 Heritage/2019 Classic edition boat
What have you all used for the spare tire? I have had the spare sitting in the garage and throw it in the truck when I leave...I know super lazy of me to not mount it lol. Anyways, u bolt? Is there an aftermarket lock system? What have you all done???

Thought about it but I still have space in the main compartment so went without. It would be an easy addition.

Cost me $40 to build, had to buy a four pack of cupholders because the two pack was out so you could shave even a little more off that price. Having only one cupholder in the boat was a no go so upgrade needed. The step is nice for the height challenged lol.

Color matches pretty good I think, it’s textured too so non slip. Cheap DIY that is a nice addition! Magnetic strip for the pliers and maybe a bottle opener.

I’m feeling the pull of the 2020 Bass Tracker Classic
Decision is yours obviously but deep down I think you want it lol! I love my classic, I have the 2019. My son and I have already had great memories on it. I describe it as the “working mans” bass boat. Just enough of everything at an affordable price. The 50hp scoots it along great too. Good luck and tight lines.

Best Value
Ok here is the question.... I’m going to purchase a new fish finder for my bass tracker classic, the original Hook unit is super basic and I want to upgrade. Requirements: -at least 7” screen -GPS w/maps included -well rounded, easy to use -cost is always a concern.... can we keep it under $700ish? Thoughts???

Is it a simple wire hookup to the battery?

Tracker 2018 Heritage/2019 Classic edition boat
I fish with one or both of my teenagers and the boat handles all three of us fine, one front/mid/rear. I’m a big guy, 6’1” 280 lbs and although you need to be somewhat mindful of the large step down I do not feel cramped on the bow, either sitting or standing. That’s only my experience and opinions may vary. Absolutely love my purchase. As a a side note I wash the boat each trip back and while it will need a good scrubbing with some polish if you want to keep that showroom shine once or twice a year, I actually prefer the virgin aluminum color to the painted, again personal preference. Anyone looking to get one should know I think it’s a great boat for the price!

I see it’s painted this time, although I prefer the silver. Standard is the 40hp but affordable upgrade to the 50hp for $395. I’m glad to see they are making another run of these boats, I love mine!!!

I’m gonna bet drain plug not seated properly, grab a new one, they are cheap, I always keep a spare in the boat too FYI.

I have had good luck so far but earlier in this thread someone mentioned a rubber washer at the base of the post, when tightened down it eliminated loosening and noise, just a thought.

Are they just a general kit? Figure I better grab one.

I agree with this post, I will state up front my overall hours are not as high as others here, just got my baby four weeks ago lol, but the fuel consumption seems excellent. Last trip out we wondered around quite a bit, probably 3/4 full throttle most the time and came back in mid day, used a quarter tank. I was considering a two gallon portable gas tank to throw in on days I think I may be out all day “just in case” but probably won’t need it. My two cents

Absolutely worth the wait, I even find myself stopping by the garage just to mess around with it lol. Everything so far has worked great, build quality is excellent, a lot of comments from friends/family regarding how great the boat is as well. It feels good having something that’s nice, affordable, has everything we need, I think you’ll be happy with your purchase.

Tracker 2018 Heritage/2019 Classic edition boat
Picked up my new Classic last weekend and promptly got her out on the water to start motor break in. Ran like a dream, plenty of room with both the kids and me. Couldn’t be happier!!! Too windy this weekend so spent some time installing a new two bank battery charger and also moved the gas tank to the opposite side to help with weight distribution for when I’m solo. Just a darn good boat boat for the price in my opinion!!!

Extended warranty
It’s ten extra bucks a month on the payment but multiple that by the length of the loan and what others have said regarding initial warranty already provided and likelihood of failure with proper maintenance and I’m leaning towards not. Trolling motor is included, have not checked on deductible.
-
Extended warranty
After what has seemed like forever my Tracker Classic is finally in!!! They are offering me an extended warranty that covers motor and electrical for seven years. What’s the general consensus out there regarding this coverage? The Mercury comes with a three year warranty already.

Jaime, when you moved the tank what was involved? Just a couple screws in the floor, I’m assuming it’s a sub floor so it’s pretty easy?

San Francisco Bay Area (CA) Largemouth Bass Fishing
Lake Hennessy in Napa has great shore access and lots of bass. Berryessa of course, delta, San Pablo, Lafayette, port of Sacramento, heck with that drive time you mentioned you could even hit Folsom. Lots of spots for sure, good luck and tight lines!
