I just thought some fishers here would like have a lucky lure or something..

I'm not too surprised that y'all aren't superstitious, I did think some of y'all might have a lucky hat or something like that I'm thinking of filing an appeal to the wonderful wizard of oz,, see what he can do for me. Honestly, I just take Sunday off usually.

I'm just getting into fly fishing and tying my own flies. It's a challenge, but that's what makes it fun

Some people call them a devil horse..thats all I've ever known them by My mistake, I thought it had a prop on each end..

Does anyone have any fishing superstitions? How about a lucky lure or favorite hat? For instance, I won't fish on a Sunday. It's bad luck for me..So what say you?

Here's a good one for y'all, my cousin thinks bass won't hit a lure with red eyes. He thinks eye color makes a difference and the best eye color is yellow. I think he's nuts. Even went as far as painting the eyes of his tackle. Nuts..just plain nuts..

Just curious as to. If y'all fly fish? It's something I'm just getting into. Could you imagine the fight of a large bass on a fly rod? That would be fun

Hello fellow fishers ! I need your assistance to located a certain worm that has always landed me fish. Wish I hada pic, I'll try my best to describe it. This worm is about 4 to 5in.long, black with a blue curly tail. The body is ringed (imagine a row of dimes evenly spaced apart) For some reason it seems they're not selling them in my area. These worms always worked for catching not only bass, but crappie too. If you find them please let me know so I can purchase them. Bass Pro didnt have them. Thank you for your help.

Thank y'all for all the advice, I've learned alot I didn't know before, such as electronics working with each other. Always good to learn as much as I can before jumping in the deep end. This will be only the 3rd new boat ive ever owned. First being a 17ft Boston Whaler, and the one I have now 15ft Tracker jon boat with a 20hp 4 stroke Merc. All the others were 14ft fiberglass boats. This will be the first bass boat. Also, thank all of y'all for sharing your thoughts and for being kind. I just left a forum because of attitude. It was a forum where everyone had $500,000 boats, not for me.

Yeah, Lund really isn't a option where I am. I don't know whether get new or a good used boat. There's benefits to both. I'd rather have more function than flash.

Where I'm located my choices are Tracker, Ranger, Crestliner,Lowe, and Vexus. What's y'alls thoughts? My budget is $30,000

Hello y'all. I've been fishing since I was about 5. I mostly just fish for bass and crappie. Artificial worms and jigs are my primary baits used. Believe it or not, it's hard to get live bait here where I live. If I could find away with someone, I'd open a bait shop. It has been tough fishing here in Saltillo to say the least. Lake Lamar Bruce is the closest lake so that's where I fish.Tough lake. I have yet to have a really good day catching. If I can figure this lake out it'd be nice.
