Worst I’ve had in years. Not the fishing… the lack of … spent the normal off season fortune lol… had a good spring.. had the yak out a few times , That was the last I had the yak out…. Late April … schedule changes … Here we r in November… wet a line literally a couple times since April. Those who know me here knows that is as far from my normal as possible ….as has been my presence here since than . Have had zero time. …Life .. lol.. sometimes it says …. NOPE. Going from wetting a line almost everyday for years to a couple times since spring has been maddening. Hope all had a great season though!! Hoping mine is back to normal next season or I’ll be in the physic ward lol.

Yes Fisherman’s warehouse,, pretty quick . I think they look and feel great.. don’t know about modifying for hook set.. I don’t think it’s bad.. set that hook.. its stout ,, but who knows til I fish it and all opinion anyways lol.

To rig for a outing.. 30 minutes.. pulling out yaks. Loading and tying down to trailer . Load truck with rods and all other gear for yak . Probably 20 minutes at ramp to head out.. and lil quicker than 30 to head home as we usually r rushing to get out of there and trailer is already hooked up.. wish I had a huge garage to just store trailer with yaks on it. Than I watch the boats drop in and roll out in minutes . Some day. I hope.

I’ve been having good times with the dark sleeper. One of my favorite lil guys to toss under some lay downs.. that’s where I’ve gotten lucky.

Anyone get there hands on these yet? I missed them on sale the other day.. Bam .. sold out. I really want two try these.. I love the dark sleeper and these look better

Was out last Saturday and didn’t enjoy it.. was on the water by 6ish .. was ok til about 10:30 , than stated to get crowded and a lot of idiots. .. I usually never take the yak out on weekends and was reminded why… not much choice anymore… if I go out it will be from the bank locally.
