I'll look at that one, I didn't know Sebile made a silent one. I'm looking for a silent model to run over weeds in a small clear water lake.

I haven't used the silent lipless lures before and was thinking at picking a couple of them up, any suggestions on ones to try? I seen Megabass has the Vibration-X BAF that floats/suspends, and I think lucky craft has a silent model.

I ordered the one in my avatar, it looked kinda wild, thought Id give it a try.

I caught and released one of the biggest fish I've ever caught, 25" & 9lb. on a LC Moonsault chart./shad..My brother and I like to broke our necks running to BPS after we got home to buy more, and have only caught a few keepers since then on them . So, now I got a nice selection of them anyway. ;D

Maybe you went too far the other way, too big of hooks?

Crankbaits and then plastic worms. I need to get better at using many other type lures, I just can't get myself to stick with other baits :-/

I use a Bomber redfire craw, red & chart. color in clear water and do quite well on it.

I haven't ever had much sucess bed fishing either. If its the small watersheds I mostly fish, or too much boat traffic, or my eye sight isn't the best, or a combination of all the above. >

I just ordered one myself but I haven't fished one yet.I have used the Megabass mr-x cyclone and done good on the aka tora color

That was some very nice work. I'd like to see his take on more bass type lures, instead of saltwater, but very nice paint.

I've been looking at some of Brians baits for a year now, but just can't bring myself to pay the X $$$ compared to other custom cranks. I think you can save a few bucks off shipping by calling his shop and asking for regular shipping w/o ins., but, still quite expensive.For now, I'll think just keep looking

I can't help ya out any, but was wondering if anyone knows what the water temp. on Guntersville is now? My brother is thinking of going down soon to Bear creek, I fig. it would be close to the same.
