Was thinking of doing a non quality paint job myself. I really admire the paint schemes Megabass puts on their art series. I have 3 or 4. Not hoping to replicate factory paint. For effectiveness, I think bass respond more to action and general color patterns than a da Vinci like attention to detail. A bold solid color, a natural color, a clearish, and opaque matt and I feel like I have my bases covered. Anyone have a beginner's airbrush recommendation?

Have you ever heard the saying if it looks like an unbelievable deal it's probably a scam? I'm looking at a site in China selling what look like real deal jerkbait blanks. Megabass, Rapala, LC, Duo Relais, Jackall etc. Choice of chrome, clear or holographic. No eyes, rings or hooks attached...but they sell them. A vision oneten blank sells for only $0.99!!!! If I bought 50 blanks, 100 eyes (yep identical to the real ones), good rings and hooks I trust, I would only spend about $70 for 50 unpainted Onetens. Too good to be true?

One thing I like about Omnia is their receptiveness to what items people want. I gave them a list of 4 or 5 items they didn't stock a year ago and they carry all now.

...and pikeminnow won't? Fishing is currently excellent on the Columbia River. Drop shot with a maxscent flat worm gets hit immediately in 30-40 feet of water. The problem is I'm catching 5 Pikeminnow to every bass. I also haven't found any of the 20" bass I know are out there., but caught more 18" in one day than I ever have. It's been fun. What would you suggest to get me over 20" and minimize time dealing with Pikeminnow?

True, but unlike more TW stickers, I have a use for terminal tackle.

If you only have one high ticket item you're looking at from TW, I found the quickest (and cheapest) way to hit the 40% off threshold was in terminal tackle.

Fish USA sales aren't what they used to be. I haven't bought anything there in years. Used to all the time. Midway, Omnia, hook up, TW, for me. Tried Copper state for the first time recently and enjoyed the Megabass deal. KTP will probably get some of my money soon. ALF is offering deals I might not be able to pass up. If they offered 100% credit for their club fee like Omnia I'd sign up today. And then there's Digitaka....

2 on, 2 off right? My SLX MGL and SLX 70 2024 have 4 brakes. Great reels. The 70 MGL was good but the new 70 with the MGL III spool does give a little more distance.
