My Walmart deal wasn't as good as I thought. The packs of 5" Senkos I bought only have 7. I think everyone else sells packs of 10.

Local Walmart has 5" Senko packs for $2.50 and Plano Edge 3700 boxes for $14.50. Might be worth checking your local stores.

I appreciate the deal notice. Doesn't Amazon have a rep for selling counterfeit line? I know there was an issue with fake powerpro. I'm not going to chance something important like line to Amazon Warehouse/Returns.

I'm willing to throw the dice, do you have a code? Omnia has $60 gift cards for $50. Speaking of Omnia....they have other companies playing catch up. A well known tackle store emailed me today, saying they doubled their sign up bonus for their "Elite" program, making subscriptions effectively free. Omnia offered this at launch.

My email says 15% off. Maybe I don't buy enough to qualify for 20%.

Interested too. I have some Cabela's gift cards, and BPS on sale is like other shops normal price, so it's the best time to use them.

I was wondering the same thing. From the chatter last year, I definitely don't think the codes were meant for general public. Given how quickly they were turned off once released into the wild confirmed it. I bet Pure learned a lesson and it doesn't happen again....but the baitmonkey is crossing opposable thumbs it does. A combination of Pure super codes and the Yen trading at 150 (love some Digitaka) would be an epic perfect storm.

Sure... worked out great for new coke. Sometimes a redesign is bad. If it's not working for the consumer that's a problem.

Beat me to it. From the way it was worded, it sounds like it will open to everyone else soon. Premium membership at the big O is one of the best values for feeding the bait monkey. Just wish they could keep more SKUs in stock. Between them and Digitaka I'm covered. But, I continue to search for loopholes at other sites to buy discounted Megabass and other excluded items.

When you combine a stackable 10% off fishing, on top of some great sale prices, it gets my bait monkey raging. I've yet to have a bad experience with them. I remember them from 25 years ago. I think they were only gun parts and reloading at the time.

Interesting. I already have a Scorpion DC. I'm looking for an ocean reel and wasn't sure how it would hold up to the salt. They seem to have a lot more JDM salty reels than offered in the USA. Besides the Scorp 300MD does anything stand out to you as a good power/salty reel in the 200/300 size range? Casting 1-2oz swimbaits to Lingcod, Cabazon and Rockfish would be the use.

Could you compare the two? I'd be interested in a review.
