  1. any ideas
  2. I agree with you micro, it has way to much memory. P-Line all the way
  3. St. Croix does make some super rods, but e21 also has came out with a great rod with the carrot. In my opinion the carrot would be the rod of my choice vs. a premier or avid not sure about a legend because I have never fished one. But the carrot stix are Very High on my list of favorite rods now.
  4. What do ya'll know about the new Quantum Superlite rods, are they worth the $.
  5. Who says? The 4 people here, that might actually own one. They don't have more than a few outings use at most. Wait a couple of seasons and see what happens...I still haven't seen anything written about catches with these veggie stiks. Sorry IMPO no it isn't. I have been using mine since October and I fish 3-4 times per week so that is around 25-30 trips and i have caught alot of fish on the carrot ranging from dinks to 6 pound largemouth 5 pound smallie and 15 pound striper and the rod has performed as good if not better than any rod I own not to mention it has a FULL lifetime warranty. Why are you so down on these rods? 8-) ;D :
  6. St croix does make some great rods, BUT... their crankbait rods do NOT come anywhere close to being as good as the carrot stix
  7. Why don't you start making them and selling them for cheaper price than kistler, I will buy all you can make if you can make them as good as a kistler ( which I realy doubt you can) and incase you can't read they have changed over to fuji seats now, as someone said earlier in this topic.
  8. It seems like everytime someone brings up kistler rods, it steps on peoples toes. I think it funny that people that have never owned a kistler (roadwarrior) always have to put there two cents in. Sure croix make a good rod but no better than kistlers. ANd they WILL NOT come close to the customer service as kistler. You will not be dissappointed with a kistler and if you are for some reason you sould have no trouble selling it.
  9. I just looked at your rods that are for sale, and they are absolutely beatiful pieces of art too. You do some awesome work. But I noticed that they are around $220-$230 and only have a year warranty and weigh over 4 ounces. So why are you knocking the carrot stix?
  10. If you will do alittle research the site will tell you that they aren't the ones from the show, they are more of an entry level priced carrot stix, The ones from the show are available for pre ordering now and are to be shipped in the next couple of weeks. But still they are the same blank just alittle different components and the grip is different on the new ones which are called " carrot stix ltx plus" Can you tell me where else I can find a rod with all of these features for $150?
  11. 3.2 ounce rod, full lifetime warranty, very sensitive, one of the best rods for cranks I have seen, great craftsmanship all for $150, sounds like a gimmick to me
  12. Ebay store called simmons sporting goods has them for $149 with FREE shipping too, You will love it if you get one. Great rod for the money
  13. There is a L&T frog rod for sale on tackletour.com in the for sale forum for $100 shipped (like new)
