  1. Sad? Do you cry when your flowers die?
  2. nice. Are you stocking the trapped fish in your tank for food or as additions to the tank? and yeah, it was pretty awesome. Who knew a praying mantis would be so strong. It absolutely decimated the newt which was about 3/4 its own size. nope i just release 'em on the spot. i just like collecting them to see what i can get. back when i was still getting fish for my tank, this is where most of my fish came from. only my bluegill and crawfish came from a different pond, but they can be found in the creek too.
  3. i'm just using the regular ole Frabil round minnow traps with an entrance on either end. i have a square crawfish trap that never seems to catch anything but 1 or two fish. possibly because it only has one entrance. this trap was baited with whitebread and a few chunks of tuna. must have been pretty cool to see a praying mantis eat a newt!
  4. i really like the 2.5" perch and the baby bass color. good job.
  5. wow. funniest thing all day! i didn't know the onion had a youtube channel. i'll be spending some time viewing their other videos now.
  6. there is a lot of flow in the creek. i went down there on friday afternoon and the water looked like coffee after you add the milk ;D
  7. went to check my trap today. this is what i got, mostly golden shiners with a few blacknose dace: including this big *** creek cubsucker: and as i was leaving i looked into the water and saw a few eastern red spotted newts. one pair was courting getting read to mate:
  8. "that's good s%^#" <---nice quote, Russ

  11. anybody play this yet? i got it a few days after it came out (PS2). its a really fun game but Lars and Hetfield look like monsters
  12. yes its clearly a dink, yes its MY dink. its showing up for me now.
  13. you guys are a little late! i saw this a while ago, shortly after it came out on DVD, and it is a great movie. definitley reccomend it.
  14. pretty darn good replica if you ask me! when i first looked at the pic (before i read your paragraph) i thought you just repainted a slammer, i didn't realize you made one.

glad you like it! let me know how it works for you. oh and i used a pilot precise v5 pen...best pen ever.
  16. is it showing up for you guys? so far i've seen it as an X or just blank. i wonder why its not working, i haven't editedthe file on photobucket.
  17. i'm suprised they put a new, "appealing to everyone" swimbait on sale this soon after it's release. i want to buy one, but i think i'm going to wait till some people have reviewd them.
  18. cookies n' cream poptarts are the best ever. its like a giant oreo. after that i would say s'mores are the second best, followed by chocolate fudge (only if toasted).
  19. ...as you should :-/ :-?
  20. also, chain pickerels have a vertical black bar that bisects the pupil of the eye and extends onto the cheek as a "tear drop" under the eye.
  21. interesting, i wonder why it killed the pickerel. thats a chain pickerel by the way.
  22. i've read the whole thread and i agree thoroughly with these two posts by nickb and LBH:
  23. LBH, i think i sent you a pic back when you first started advertising about the 20k vid. should i send another or do you still have the original batch of pics?
