Eli is not worth that. But I don't care for him either so woopy woo Now Peyton Manning on the other hand did agree to restructure his contract with the Indianapolis Colts to save the team nearly $8 million in salary cap space.

Glenn's point is correct, I call that street smarts where I come from. Whats scary is that crime will get worse. We need to make it where people are too afraid to commit a crime. The nut jobs will never go away :

We've had alot of motorcycle wrecks here in IN. one two weeks ago where the fella raced thru a red light and a straight truck plowed him over and killed him, one last week was riding along with friends and decided to just nail it, went up to 100mph lost control and hit a guardrail, lost his arm and leg in that one

2009 The Pennants are flying and the Trash is almost in view!
Not likely now, as it's been confirmed the Cards traded 3 prospects to Oakland for Matt Holliday: http://www.stltoday.com/blogzone/commishs-hot-stove/commishs-hot-stove/2009/07/espn-report-cards-getting-closer-on-holliday-trade/ I think he's a great choice, heck of a start on his first game as a card 8-)

Celebrity role models. I just do not get it.
My role models changed back and forth as a kid, my pops would be my role model until he was drunk and did something stupid, then it would be my mom as a role model for putting up with pops ;D when pop took care of business then he'd be back in with the role model bizz ;D He was a alcoholic and since quit drinking cold turkey. Been that way for the past 10 years and still going. He's also a survivor of throat cancer now going on 3 years, He's always admitted when he screwed up and always correct us when we screwed up to, he gave me great advice when needed and it was always to the point nothen fancy. Best one was when I moved out on my own and he told me that "its hard out there in the world boy, they might kill ya but, they can't eat ya". God Bless him, he's a strong man.

Hey it should be cool to disagree, no problem. It could be that we might be on the same point, I know I start more arguments with typing words than in person, proves that I'm not good at typing words to explain I will quote myself again "we both are friends together with friends, we don't have our own friends anymore. If I or my wife had a friend that didn't care for one of us then they no longer was our friend. Its a marriage now." What I can try to hit on in this is that we are a team now, we are a couple that have no separate checking accounts-my money is her money and vise verse. we do things together in life so, this includes friends, that's all. I'm not preaching morality here either, just my IMHO. We don't use leashes or accuse one another, we just try not to be ignorant towards life, who knows what might happen to us? Its gonna be 20 years this August and we seem to be going stronger than ever. Now for a true fact we all should agree on No one can know what goes on in another's head. I've seen good friends for years (really close friends)get peed off at each other(usually booze involved). Then what? Well you could be accused of just wanting to come over to "supposedly" fix the car? They might claim they never asked you to come over. I've seen that exact issue happen. I do realize that it just might be the new generation outlook here. and Lord knows its way off from me, and thats OK. So I say in good report, Good luck with it all

Maybe back in school, but there's no more just my friends. we both are friends together with friends, we don't have our own friends anymore. If I or my wife had a friend that didn't care for one of us then they no longer was our friend. Its a marrige now. you gotta get along with me and the wife since we decided to be mates for life I laugh at this, if someone thinks-Hey honey, I'm going over to Julie's tonight to watch a movie ;D is a proper marriage, then it must be a different generation I'm not in tune with : I've always believed your wife should be your only female friend to hangout with I think thats crap if your gonna go hangout with another woman instead of your wife????

My Dog
Maybe to a child and thats a BIG maybe, getting another pet will cure that, but no way is it up there with the hardest thing. When my brother committed suicide, that's up there with the hardest, I believe a death of your child is the hardest thing you will ever go thru

My Dog
Yep sucks to lose a good one, best one I had was a chow that acted like a mellow Lab, had him 11 yrs. when he died, went out the next week and got a boxer, he is a blast and I will stick with this kind of breed. They are comical
