After being thru some attempts of union starts and have to listen to both sides I ended up not liking unions, for me it was down to paying someone to hold a job plain and simple, so being a independent minded "I build it myself" kinda a guy I was turned off by them...............NOW Im beginning to think they are needed more than ever with all the company's willing to pay for cheap labor and cutting out the American worker > Im mean someones gotta fight it cause our big Brother isn't Seriously Im reconsidering my thoughts on the Union and see them very vital in this issue. They are the only ones that seem to fight and keep our jobs here in USA. Then again some claim do to Union higher wages, it has forced companys go out of country So I don't know :-/

The pic is of me and my two kids at Lincoln park and my user name is short for Fishing Buddies, which is what I would and still call my kids when we go fishing. As for drugs? I've been sober and drug free for 18+ years. I will admit that Im prejudice against drugs and liquor now, usually someone that has to fight for their life back from these addictions feels this way so Im sorry if my username offends you. whats 420 mean Matt, thats something I don't understand.

Does a members avatar pic affect your getting along with them or do you not care. I really gotta ask this because I was PM'd on another forum by a member over a opinion about fishing line(long story but we had a heated discussion on why I wasn't gonna go back to spider line) but in the end he slipped in that I should change my avatar pic, which is the same one I use here. when I asked why? He said first impressions is everything, and that was it. : ;D I had to tell ya about what happened so you can see where im coming from on my question, I have no clue why my avatar pic offends him nor has he attempted to explain but after laughing about it to myself I got curious and wanted to see if others are affected by forum members avatar pics? One news will say YES its happening and another channel will say NO it made up. I will admit this would be hard to believe that its happening cause its totally outrages, but now you say there's signs? man That's not right, why in the heck would they not want to stop the drug trafficking there, why just shut it down, what the heck they thinking??? this one right there really ticks me off the most out of everything in this political country. Thats how I usually do it, and I fish at nights myself mostly, 5 to 9 pm. I've tried Jigs, jerks and some top water but the senko was catching at this time for me. last 4 nights I fished senko style and slow, only way to tell if I got a hit was to slowly lift my rod tip up and feel, but whats hard about that is gut hooking them, ticks me off when i do that but man I couldn't feel or see the bite, seems to be bigger this year and Im guessing its do to the odd warmer temps

Yea it's a pretty tall story, not to believable, Still like to hear from anyone that lives near there and what they say about it even if they can verify the warning signs up, They say its Closed for construction since 2006 but the warning signs up, are they photo props?

You might have had some great times, but how can any angler say he/she had a successful fishing trip when he/she didn't catch anything? That attitude has never made any sense to me. It's almost like a copout. It's kinda like an excuse to NOT catch anything. It's like when you catch nothing you can just say "Who cares, I'm just out here to enjoy the birds and relax." I mean I've had some great times when I've been skunked, but "success?" No way man. Calling a fishing trip where you catch no fish a success, is like getting shutout in a football game and calling it a victory. I don't know you, even around here on the forum but I must ask why are you harassing me and my comment? I see where frog made a more direct comment toward your post and YET you still go after me, so I must have done something to you to deserve your attention, may you tell me thru PM so we can take care of it like Adults? Can the beaver impact how big the bass grow? just wonder how hard are they on eaten them up? I fish a nice little pit time to time and it has two beaver nest, sucker are always slappen the dang water with their tales, and I know why too.

This is where I benefit from fishing in backwoods pits. went last night caught 7 8-) it was me and my son and a beaver here and there.

I guess Im the only one this happens to, I git a hit as soon as the lure hits the water, I try to cast into some cover to pull a fish out and I miss my target then wham I get a hit, I hurry up and throw over where a fish just hit the top of the water and wham I get a fish, I think Im out of my strike zone and hurry up reeling in my lure for a reCast and wham I get a fish. So what perfect presentation?????? Its the one that caught a fish ;D
