  2. Yes when t rigging have the hook point just under the surface of the worm it will keep it from getting snagged but u still will have the same sharpness of the hook when setting the hook

  4. The water is not clear, im fishing a river (The river isn't that wide probably about like 75 yards wide), and im in the northeast
  5. rapalas have worked most when trolling for me. but also casting has worked too. good luck
  6. I'm heading out sunday morning and I was just wondering what you guys think should I fish shallow cover or deep. All day today it has rained and been cold and windy. Tommorow is supposed to be nice and in the 60s any suggestions?
  7. Just cast it and keep a steady retrieve, try some different retrieve styles and see what works best. Good Luck
  8. I have found a better and cheaper alternative to the o ring for wacky rigging. Just buy a bag of black zip ties and use them u can make the as tight as you want and a bag costs under 5 dollars for over 100. Compared to using o rings i have lost far fewer senkos.

  12. Yes in mid july I was having great success fishing at a local pond catching at least 10 nice fish a trip. The past couple of trips I have only been catching 5 fish at most (all small) >
  13. Has anyone used the Gary Yamamoto 4 inch worm with the tail. (not the swimming senko). And also what about the single tailed grub by gary yamamoto. If so are they any good? ( I have only used senkos, hula grubs and Kreatures by GY so I have no idea about others)

    I have heard lots of people talking about pop-r's and I have one and used it on a locale bass pond, I had no succes except for one strike. I don't know if i'm using the pop-r wrong so can you guys tell me how you use them. and how to get that pop that attracts the bass.

  21. I really don't have any top water lures, and I'm looking to get some. There is so many different types, what do you guys suggest I get?
  22. I know I fished senkos all morning in areas of cover and only ended up with 2 fish.
  23. Is it possible to troll in a canoe with one person padleling and one person fishing. Would you have enough speed to keep and action as in a motor boat trolling?
  24. I went fishing today and on wed in a normal pond near where I live. Earlier in the summer I was catching about 10 bass a trip, but now as it has gotten hotter the spots (with plenty of cover) that I normally fished gave me little success. Does anyone have any ideas how and where to find the fish. I go in a canoe not a motor boat so I can't really troll the deep places. Can anyone help?
  25. yea I have good experience with an ugly stick but I have used spinning reels mostly and I know some baitcasters but I really don't have a clue what kind to buy. Great ideas so far, more are welcomed
