I am a big fan of plastics, mainly worms. I have been running through as many kinds as i can in the past year and a half spending equal amounts of time with each brand and style that i try, trying to find "the one". What i realize though is, for me, there is no "1". But there is 2!! I find having an action packed worm like a rage tail anaconda and then having something alot more subtle like a zoom trick worm has helped me tremendously. If 1 doesnt work i can throw the other and get bit. I guess sometimes they just want a more subtle approach vs all the action of the rage tail dancing in there face and vice versa.

Do you have that 1 worm you throw faithfully, or do you have a couple favorites?

I'm trying to narrow it down too packman,but i have: ribbon tail,paddle tail,kut tail,straight tail/stick bait,trick worm,etc..not buying anymore worms until i deplete the huge stock yeah,right!

they ALL work at certain locations/time of season,but i'm just too far gone for help!

I really do well on zoom u tails and luck e strike hook tail worms in the 6" size. A 7" Berkley power worm is my favorite aggressive worm.

When they want something subtle, a 4.5" robo worm fat worm, zoom's finesse worm and the luck e strike ring worm are my go to choice, on a split shot rig.

Yum 5" Dinger in Watermelon Seed all day! For a better deal, a company sells pretty much the same worm on eBay in bulk. Something like 100 for $27.

I’ve used Ringworms since about the mid 70s, they offer a thicker profile yet they have less plastic for the hook to penetrate.

My #2 would be creature baits

Yum big show paddle tail worms. Yamamoto kut tail for smaller profile.

id have to say roboworm, zoom trick worms, and senkos. i use robo the most.

Zoom Tricktail worm is the only one I use.Colors are black,watermelon/chart. tail,watermelon magic.

I am bad to throw a 10" power worm in junebug. Like 'em better with the tail dipped chartreuse. This year I am throwing more jigs than anything though.

7inch power worm in pumpkinseed is the only worm i really need to throw. Weightless i may throw a trick worm (i want to say bama craw) nose hooked with i believe a #4 octo hook. usually thow that as a follow up bait on missed fish.

oh yea, forgot to mention the jackall flick shake worm and the yum mightee worm. amazing amazing baits.

Zoom ol' monster and Berkley 10" powerworms for me. I have a stock of 7" powerworms for the times that the 10 inchers are too big for their appetite.

My go-to is the Zoom 6" motoroil/chartreuse tail Finesse worm. Great for largemouth when nothing else works.

I use it in the winter months a bunch It does produce fish for me when its slow.
