Featured Replies

just order the new koppers bluegill and pumpkin seeds crankbaits in all sizes has anybody tried these yet and if so how was there success rate

I bought a few of the bluegill cranks, haven't had a chance to throw them yet. The water temp where I'm at is app 45 degrees and on it's way to becoming ice, I probably won't get a chance to throw this bait until next spring. The one thing I will say is they sure look pretty.

those look so bad ***.just checked em out. dont see why success rate wouldnt turn out to be 100%. expensive!

My bass fishing team here at Slippery Rock is sponsored by them.. they are sick lures.  I have all sizes and models and they all catch fish!  I've had the most success on the smelt jerkbait and the pumkinseed cb...  you cant go wrong with the lipless crankbaits either.. all of their products are top notch as is their customer service!

JimmyMo3287., I'll follow-up to mention that I also like the crawfish rattlebait, it  put some nice fish in the boat for me this spring.

The perch patterns have been doing very well on 'eyes here in the Northwoods.

I've been really wanting to get a couple but just haven't got around to it yet, after this post I'll probably put some on the christmas list!

I have the bluegill, pumpkin seed and baby bass. I only fished the baby bass and tore them up with it. The action is really nice also. I like that the rattle is very subtle, not like a coffee can with BB's and marbles in it. I think some lures are so loud, it spooks the fish. I fished it super slow and it worked good for me. I'll try the others next time out.

Scott.

I've got the 3-5ft crawfish in clear translucent and red craw and have caught a bunch on those.  I'll be adding lots more koppers to my arsenal.

I got to check out the bluegills at bps yesterday and they look even better in person. I'm definitely going to be picking some up now.
