Im currently setting up a frogging pole and i was wondering what type of braid should i buy, what color works the best for it and what lbs??

Personal Preferance. I use 50lb green Power pro because I like that line and have no issues with it. Also it's the same line I use on my flipping stick so I can split the spool between two reels.

Personally I use Suffix Performance Braid Neon Orange rated at 30-60lb and Yellow PowerPro rated at 30-60. I prefer hi visibility line so I can see what I'm doing.

I am a big fan of Suffix 832 myself. 30 lb. for me.

Anything that's 50lb+, I use 65 suffix performance and 70lb daiwa samurai.

50lb PowerPro. Anything less you may as well not fish a frog. Also, line color does not matter in this presentation mainly because most froggin is down around heavy cover and slop so the fish don't even see it. Same goes for the color of the frog for the most part as they are honeing in on the vibration of the bait throw the mats. When working them around areas with not as much cover than color may matter but I stick with only two White and Black.

I use 65# Spiderwire Stealth, never had a problem with the OG of the braids.

I personally like 65# PP for froggin

Prefer Suffex myself, either 832 orperformance braid. I will use 50#. It is a little thiner and has served me well in the slop I do my froggin in. I don't have too much woody structure. I have never broken the 50# and have caught my personal best, 7-13#, with 10# of muck in her face. A lot of people like Power pro. I tried it but like the castability for suffex better.

So the color of the line doesn't necessarily matter or does the neon orange or yellow lines hinder your fish catching?

65lb suffix 832 or PP has been doing me well, the suffix fades horrendously tho,
