Featured Replies

Hello bass resource! My name is Mike I’m 23 from Laurens county S.C I have been a member here for a short time and just haven’t had time to post. But I love to bass fish. I just have one big problem with it. I’m not very good at it to say the least. I have been fishing for awhile and learned from my father and well he is no KVD either. when I say I’m bad at it I mean it. In the past 15 trips or so this year on the water I caught 1 fish and I didn’t even hook it in the mouth and I cant remember a better season. I have the patients and the confidence but I go out once or twice a week and i don’t catch anything I mean NOTHING! L (unless you count trees and weeds) I have a lot of brand new gear and a boat. My fishing luck is really starting to wear on my mind and its making me want to just stop spending the money and time to just get sun burned and disappointed at the end of the day. I read lots of great tips and pointers on here and other sources and nothing I try seems to work for me. I really want to become a great bass fishermen but I just don’t know how. So I’m asking someone for help all of you guys for all the help I can get. please gene or glen help a young bass catching drop out catch something alive lol. I know this story sounds bad but its the gods honest truth. so please guys if anyone can help me its all the people at and on bassresource.com. If someone one anyone can help me before I throw my dreams of being a bass hunter away please contact me. Thanks guys and have a great day. (contact karowack88@yahoo.com)

Okay...

If you want to get on the fast track and jump-start the learning curve it's really this simple:

Hire a guide. Talk to several candidates and tell them that you need their help "learning"

to fish.

#2 Read everything in "Fishing Articles" at the top of the page and take notes!
