Hi, my name is Michael, I live and work in Jinju South Korea. I've been here for several years, but just decided to start Bass Fishing again.

I knew that there were Largemouths here, but most of what I'd seen were small fish and I didn't think it was worth the time trying to catch them. Boy was I wrong!!!!

I've been fishing pretty steady since March and there are some really nice Bass on our local river; the Namgang.

I fish mostly from a Float Tube or my Kayak either on the river proper or in the many backwater areas I've found. The Largest Bass I've caught is in the 7 to 8 lb range with Many in the 3 to 5 lb range.

The respond well to Plastic worms and top water lures as well as medium running Crand baits, but I've caught most of my fish on Black or Pumpkinseed Pepper worms.

I'm going to try some new areas up north at Andong Lake tomorrow and I'll let you know how it goes.

Michael
