Lucky Craft G-Splash

Featured Replies

I'm thinking of putting a order in for a few lucky craft g-splash's. I never hear anyone talking about them on this board or any other one, i think they look like a great topwater bait. Just wondering if anyone fishes them and does well with them.

I own one but rarely use it anymore.  I just don't catch fish with it.  I have a lobina rico, and a megabass pop-x that tear em up.

I also have a kinami popper.  It was a clerance item so I don't know if they still make them.  It's a weird ghost chartruese color, but in clear water it works pretty good.

I think the g splash spits way too much water for it's size.

The G-Splash is the only popper I use anymore, it has a great spitting action and it really calls fish in from a distance. Plus it has a quality feathered treble on the back which won't fall apart. My favorite colors are Ghost minnow and American shad.

I use G-splash among other. I perfer lobina rico.

They work for me but I do not fish poppers a lot.

Some "poppers" are not good poppers, but they are good spitters.  I like to fish these baits fast.  A G-Splash is a good spitter.

A Rico is a grea popper.  They have an excellent deep bloop when worked right.  Better fished slow IMO.
