Dont Have Permission To View A Topic?

I clicked on a thread earlier about a shirt from TW, and when I replied it said I didn't have permission to reply, then it said no permission to view the thread.

Did I do something wrong? Or am I missing something.

    Sorry, I thought the post was fine because i was going to reply that he didn't apply the promo code and select size, rather than it being a company complaint.
