Well, the first two being braid, make for excellent choices for using as a mainline, the YZH is great as leader material.

On spinning gear I choose braid for its zero-memory and high strength to small diameter. I'll always tie on a leader. Will do same for bait casting, but line management is more critical (IMO) on spinning gear.

X2 with what Darren said. I'm not a big fan of yozuri hybrid though, I prefer flouroclear.

I fish usually muddy or dark ponds and lakes. You can see maybe a max of 1 foot maybe 2 at one place and the other depends on water levels and boat traffic. Somebody recommended straight braid.

Which should I pick up Saturday for the spring classic. I have a little extra for line. If not I'll just buy mono.
