Man what an awesome day! Got to BPS about 12, and got to meet Timmy Horton and Kevin VanDam. Were as nice and humble as could be, never acted like it was too much trouble to answer a question, sign an auto, or take a picture. KVD even told me how nice it was of me to take the hooks off my 6XD before he signed it. Not only did he sign my 6XD, he signed his action figure, A KVD 1.5 in cataouche color, And my Oakley bag! All in all it was a great day, And one I won't soon forget. KVD impressed me so much, I almost bought his reel and rod. Almost lol. Let me know what you think of the pics, And I'd u want me to post links to the videos I took of KVD and Horton's seminars just let me know.

Got both seminars on video so I will upload those soon. KVD had some great info on jerkbaits.

One thing I did notice and I kind of got a laugh from it, was his signature went from his full name at the beginning, to just KVD lol. Pretty sure his hand was cramping up by the end. And retraining order? Lol. We are from neighboring towns, so yeah I definitely root for the guy and am a huge fan.

Sounds like you had a good time.  Thanks for sharing.  Always a good vibe to share someone's joy of meeting someone they admire.  It's generally harmless.

 

I haven't been a fishing nut long enough to have someone grow on me yet.  But I sure do enjoy watching the Hank Parker fishing show.

 

Did notice one thing, man those are some huge bass that come with the KVD action figure!

I got one part uploaded that is around 5 minutes long, but the first part which is about 22 minutes long will be up tomorrow. It's over a gigabyte because my phone does video in hd so I'm gonna wait til I'm at work to upload it since we have crazy fast internet there.

I have one up that is about 5 minutes long. I was filming and got a phone call that interrupted my video so it's split into. The one that is up is the last five minutes of the seminar, and the first 22 minutes is what I still need to upload. We have slow internet at the house and that file is over a gigabyte so I'm gonna wait until tonight and upload at work. I tried to last night here at the house and some how it got interrupted at at 63% and wouldn't resume. I'm trying it again now just for s&gs and it's at 71% so it may be up in the next couple hours. I will post up Timmy Horton's seminar as well, even though it wasn't real informative lol.

Cool stuff dude. Meeting either of those guys would be pretty gear but both at the same time is fantastic.

I was there also but I left just about the time the presentations began. The crowd was just to much for me.  My first time to a BPS. It was a really neat place. I liked the big fish tank.

Our tanks sucks compared to other BPS.
