Tell me there are other people on here that have success with the space monkey lures by rage tail. I have heard they have been discontinued and that is absolutely devastating because I catch a ton of fish on them! Anyone have the kind of luck I do with them? And are they really discontinued?

Its very possible that they haven't been discontinued. It could be certain colors or something but I heard it from a couple people and both the Gander and Dicks near me stopped selling them. It would be a crying shame, I really do hope that My information is false.

I'm sure some of the rage tail guys will be along shortly to answer. I'm very curious. I highly doubt it though as every rage tail bait is a big seller.

Maybe Strike king is doing a little dirty work. Spreading false rumors in order to create sales. Seems like I've heard this story before...

No, the Space Monkey has not been discontinued. In fact, it's going to be available in new colors here real soon.

Gander and Dick's do that all the time.  They say they are "discontinued" items, while in reality, they've stopped carrying them for whatever reason.  Years ago, I was panic stricken by the Gander fishing department manager informing me that P-Line CXX was being discontinued, and was on clearance.  I found that later to be untrue, they simply updated their packaging. Needless to say, I bought them out, lol.

What's everyone's favorite way to fish the space monkey? I have only ever fished in texas rigged but apparently its a pretty versatile bait?
