What is everyone's favorite way to fish when a cold front hits? Its been high 80s to low 90s around here lately, but yesterday the temperature dropped sharply and it wont be out of the 70s until wednesday. Any ideas?

Fish deeper water.

SLOOOOOOOOOOW Down, then slow down some more.

I do one of two things.

1. Downsize your baits, fish deeper than normal, and SLOW WAY DOWN!!

2. TIe on a trap or spinnerbait and throw it as fast as ya can till your arm falls off.

Both have worked for me in the past. 

I fished down here to day and it was 71 and still got um on top water my friend. Told ya a couple on cranks got off.  > I didn't do anything out of the ordinary though.

I go to Carolina rigs and jigs, slow presentations.

This time of year when they're already shallow, Flippin in horizontal cover for the shade factor.

Popped a few this evening with a Yum wooly bug in green pumpkin.

I wish it was in he 70's up here. We are still in the 50's and 60's. The fish is shallow and hitting topwater in 59degree water temp.

I ended up getting most of my hits on wakebaits and zoom magnum trick worms around shallow cover. I hope those SC bass like the megabass poppers...youre gonna have plenty

yeah I hope so. they arrive tomorrow. yessss

If your fishing shallow flip heavy cover. Bass that where hanging on the edge of cover will be in the middle of it during a front waiting for better conditions. If your fishing flats speed reel and rip traps. Sometimes you can make fish bite using reaction techniques during a front. If your fishing deep (fronts effect deep fish less) scale down a tad and fish.
